  • Patent number: 11824530
Abstract: An interface circuit may convert an input electrical signal at an input node in a first power domain having a first ground or reference voltage into an output electrical signal at an output node in a second power domain having a second ground or reference voltage. Notably, a level-shifting circuit in the interface circuit may selectively electrically couple to the input node and the output node. Then, when there is electrical coupling, the level-shifting circuit may perform level shifting between the first power domain and the second power domain. The level shifting may involve: passing, using a first filter, frequencies in the input electrical signal below a first corner frequency; passing, using a second filter in parallel with the first filter, frequencies in the input electrical signal above a second corner frequency; and combining outputs of the first filter and the second filter as the output electrical signal.

  • Publication number: 20230366746
Abstract: An integrated circuit that controls distributed temperature sensors in a semiconductor die is described. This integrated circuit may include: memory; a controller (such as a PTAT controller) coupled to the memory; temperature sensors distributed at measurement locations in the semiconductor die (such as remote locations from the controller), where a given temperature sensor includes building blocks (or components) that are common to the temperature sensors; and routing between the controller and the building blocks over an addressable bus, where signal lines for analog signals in the addressable bus are reused when communicating between the controller and different temperature sensors.

  • Publication number: 20230367471
Abstract: A graphical user interface is configured to guide a user through a method of creating a RESTful API protocol-compliant URL, without requiring that the user be familiar with syntax of the RESTful API protocol. The graphical user interface includes a URL output that indicates to the user features within a user-edited URL that render the user-edited URL non-compliant with the RESTful API protocol. The graphical user interface includes a set of graphical input devices to solicit and receive from the user input specifying a set of query options, which user input is used to define the RESTful API protocol-compliant URL. The graphical user interface is automatically customized to solicit and receive from the user input only for options available from a specific data service.

  • Publication number: 20230368207
Abstract: Systems and methods are directed to assessing risk and triggering a mitigation action prior to executing an offer based on a level of risk. Risk models are trained with data extracted from past transactions, whereby the risk models are configured to determine levels of risk for potential transactions. A request to make an offer on a listing representing an item is received. In response, the system identifies one or more account attributes associated with the user account and determines a level of risk by applying the one or more account attributes to one or more of the risk models. If the level of risk transgresses a threshold, the system triggers the automatic payment flow prior to executing the offer, which includes causing display of an information request user interface through which payment and shipping information is received. Responsive to receiving the payment and shipping information, the offer is executed.

  • Publication number: 20230360663
Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods are described for reducing degradation of a voice recognition input. An always listening device may always be listening for voice commands via a microphone and may experience interference from unwanted audio such as from the output audio of television speakers. The always listening device may receive data associated with the output audio over a first communications channel. The always listening device may also receive, on a second communications channel, timing information associated with data. The always listening device may adjust admission of the audio received by the microphone to enable it to arrive at approximately the same time as the data received via the first communications channel. The unwanted output audio included in the audio received via the microphone may then be determined and may be removed so that a voice command in the audio received by the microphone may be processed.

  • Publication number: 20230341477
Abstract: A faulty meter socket detection system configured to detect faulty sockets as evidenced by series arcs in an input current waveform or an increased temperature of the meter is disclosed. The system includes a metering circuit configured to receive an input current waveform, and a controller including a power monitoring module. The meter may also include a temperature sensor. The power monitoring module is configured detect series arc currents input current waveform data by filtering the input current waveform data to produce filtered data, performing feature recognition on the filtered data, classifying the features of the filtered data, performing temporal processing on the filtered data, (optionally) scaling the temporal processing of the filtered data, and, scoring the input current waveform based on the temporal processing of the filtered data. The temperature sensor may detect an increased temperature of the meter, which may indicate a faulty socket.

  • Patent number: 11782858
Abstract: Techniques in electronic systems, such as in systems comprising a CPU die and one or more external mixed-mode (analog) chips, may provide improvements advantages in one or more of system design, performance, cost, efficiency and programmability. In one embodiment, the CPU die comprises at least one microcontroller CPU and circuitry enabling the at least one CPU to have a full and transparent connectivity to an analog chip as if they are designed as a single chip microcontroller, while the interface design between the two is extremely efficient and with limited in number of wires, yet may provide improved performance without impact to functionality or the software model.

  • Patent number: 11780583
Abstract: Methods and systems for efficiently loading cargo transports, such as cargo aircraft, are described. The methods and systems rely upon payload profiles for various payloads where the payloads include repeatable payloads that have the same characteristics. Based on the payload profile, the payload is positioned at a designated location in an interior cargo bay of the cargo transport. The designated location is denoted by one or more pre-formed markings in the interior cargo bay that establish where a payload having the respective payload profile should be positioned in the bay. The payload can then be secured in the bay. Because the designated location accounts for centers of gravity, the payload can be loaded and secured in the bay without having to run various calculations each time a payload is loaded. Systems and methods related to how the payloads are packaged in an efficient, expeditious manner are also provided.

  • Patent number: 11776237
Abstract: Systems, methods, and software are described herein for removing people distractors from images. A distractor mitigation solution implemented in one or more computing devices detects people in an image and identifies salient regions in the image. The solution then determines a saliency cue for each person and classifies each person as wanted or as an unwanted distractor based at least on the saliency cue. An unwanted person is then removed from the image or otherwise reduced from the perspective of being an unwanted distraction.
