  • Publication number: 20170137944
Abstract: This plasma processing apparatus is provided with a processing container, a placing table, a gas supply mechanism, a plasma generating mechanism, and an adjustment unit. The placing table is provided in the processing container, and a subject to be processed is placed on the placing table. The gas supply mechanism supplies a processing gas to the inside of the processing container, said processing gas being to be used for the purpose of plasma reaction. The plasma generating mechanism includes a microwave oscillator, and brings the processing gas supplied to the inside of the processing container into the plasma state using microwaves oscillated by means of the microwave oscillator. In the cases of performing a plurality of steps for plasma-processing the subject, the adjustment unit adjusts, at timing of switching the steps, the frequencies of the microwaves to be oscillated by means of the microwave oscillator to target frequencies predetermined for respective steps.

  • Publication number: 20170034490
Abstract: An interactive projector is provided with a projection section adapted to project an image on a screen surface, a detection section, and a correction section. The detection section detects presence or absence of contact of the pointing element with the screen surface based in a relationship between a difference between a Z-coordinate value of the pointing element and a Z-coordinate value of the screen surface, and a difference threshold value set in advance. The correction section corrects at least one of the Z-coordinate value of the screen surface, the Z-coordinate value of the pointing element, and the difference threshold value based on a history of the Z-coordinate value of the pointing element.

  • Patent number: 9305188
Abstract: With a conventional image-display system, a presenter sometimes has difficulty in providing every viewer with an easy-to-see picture. When projecting an image transmitted from a computer operated by the presenter and enabling the viewer to watch the image projected by the projector, the projector receives image data transmitted through two-way communication from the computer operated by the presenter, projects an image represented by the received image data and transmits the received image data to a client computer operated by the viewer through the two-way communication, and the client computer receives the image data transmitted through the two-way communication and displays the image represented by the received image data on its display.

  • Patent number: 9292945
Abstract: An image display system includes a first projector and a second projector, and makes the first projector and the second projector operate in cooperation with each other to form a single projection image on a common screen. The first projector and the second projector are connected to each other via a signal line. A master control section of the first projector transmits a control signal to a subordinate control section of the second projector. The subordinate control section of the second projector controls a projection section of the second projector based on the control signal. Thus, the controllability of the image display system provided with a plurality of projectors is enhanced.

  • Publication number: 20140325624
Abstract: A projector system of the present invention includes a projector 10 and a personal computer PC as an information terminal, which communicate with each other via a network connection. The projector 10 generates a password required for establishment of the network connection and projects the password on a screen SC. A user of the personal computer PC inputs the password projected on the screen SC. The password is used for authentication of the network connection between the projector 10 and the personal computer PC and cipher communication therebetween. This arrangement of the present invention enhances the convenience of the projector that is capable of establishing a network connection with the information terminal, while ensuring secrecy of communicating data.

  • Patent number: 8875053
Abstract: There has been a problem of necessitating a complicated work for establishing a connection capable of intercommunication between a computer as server and a projector as client. When a connection is established between a server 20 and projectors 301 through 30n, a communication command is issued according to UDP-based broadcasting to retrieve connectable projectors 301 through 303. Thereafter, the projector 301 to be connected is selected and is assigned an IP address to establish the connection. In this manner, a user can easily obtain a connection environment capable of intercommunication between the server 20 and the projector 301. A TCP/IP communication command is used to input or output image data, ensuring reliable transmission. Since the authentication can be provided using a keyword projected during the connection establishment, it is possible to prevent an unauthorized access to the projector 301 by an outsider.
