Abstract: In a radio communication system, an electronic component for high frequency power amplifier carries out the detection of output level, required for feedback control of the output power of a high frequency power amplification circuit, by current detection. The electronic component has an error amplifier. The error amplifier compares an output level detection signal with an output level instruction signal, and generates a signal for controlling the gain of the high frequency power amplification circuit according to the difference between them. For the error amplifier, a low-pass amplification circuit is used. The amplification circuit is provided with, between its output terminal and its inverting input terminal, a phase compensation circuit. The phase compensation circuit comprises a resistance element, and another resistance element and a capacitive element in series connected in parallel with the resistance element.

  • Publication number: 20070054687
Abstract: A push-to-talk data transmission device that creates and manages groups of participating terminals dynamically. A PoC data transmission device is deployed to support push-to-talk sessions in a prescribed area. This device has a data transmitter that broadcasts a group profile repetitively in the prescribed area. The group profile is a set of parameters that prompt terminals in the prescribed area to send back their respective unique identifiers to join a push-to-talk session. A counter in the PoC data transmission device counts the number of responses returned from the terminals, and the data transmitter broadcasts a new group profile if the number of responses has reached a predetermined threshold.

  • Publication number: 20060292062
Abstract: A mesoporous metal oxide crystal material is provided. This material has realized a large specific surface area by controlling crystallite diameter in the formation of metal oxide crystals, and preventing collapse of the mesoporous structure associated with the crystal growth upon calcinations, to improve sensitivity and effectiveness of a gas detector element of the metal oxide material and photocatalyst. A metal oxide precursor is filled in the pores of a mesoporous template, and the resulting mesoporous silica having the metal oxide precursor filled therein is added to a hydrolytic aqueous solution to thereby promote hydrolysis of the metal oxide precursor in the interior of the pores and produce a large number of metal oxide crystals in the interior of the pores. Next, the metal oxide fine crystals are heated at 300° C. or higher for calcination with the crystallite diameter controlled in the range of 1 nm to 2 nm.
