    Abstract: A method for fabricating a transistor including the following steps is provided. First, a gate electrode is formed on a substrate, and a gate insulating layer is formed on the substrate in sequence, wherein the gate insulating layer covers the substrate and the gate electrode. Next, a patterned channel layer and a hard-mask layer are formed on the gate insulating layer, wherein the patterned channel layer and the hard-mask layer are located above the gate electrode, and the hard-mask layer is disposed on the patterned channel layer. Afterwards, a source and a drain are formed on the gate insulating layer by a wet etchant. The part of the hard-mask layer that is not covered by the source and the drain is removed by the wet etchant until the patterned channel layer is exposed, so as to form a plurality of patterned hard-mask layers.

    Abstract: A system for classifying tiny insects includes a cultivation tank, a detecting container, a detector, a gathering device, and a control unit. The cultivation tank is connected to the detecting container, so that the hatched tiny insects can enter the detecting area of the detecting container from the cultivation tank. The detector is used for detecting the characteristics of the tiny insects in the detecting area, and then the control unit controls the switching unit of the gathering device to switch the gathering containers for gathering the tiny insects according to the detecting results. The system of the present invention is capable of automatically classifying the tiny insects and then gathering them to different gathering containers according to their characteristics, so as to decrease the man power and time necessary for factitious classification.

The instructions for execution by the process include instructions for extracting the custom IC design parameter from the configuration file. The method also comprises replacing the first representation with a second representation of the first circuit component. The RC information is based on first RC data included in a process design kit (PDK) file and second RC data included in a macro device file. The second RC data is based on a relationship between the first circuit component and a second circuit component. The method further comprises selectively coloring the second representation of the first circuit component in the schematic based on the RC information. The coloring of the second representation is indicative of whether the integrated circuit is in compliance with a design specification.

    Abstract: A common multi-purpose actuator to control antenna remote electrical tilt, remote azimuth steering, and remote azimuth beam-width control is disclosed. A single stepper motor uses a Hall-sensor for closed loop positioning feedback. Serial and parallel communications are employed through the same harness to the motor control circuit. The driven shaft of the motor turns a self-locking worm-gear which rotates a mating shaft which drives the necessary gearing. The actuator assembly can be arranged in multiple or single output configurations. DC line filtering improves the antenna signal to spurious noise ratio.
