  • Publication number: 20160153745
Abstract: The present invention provides for a universal holster assembly for securely storing one or more handguns. The holster assembly comprises a first and second end walls. A supporting pad is located between the first and second end walls. The first and second end walls and the supporting pad define a cradle configured for holstering a handgun. A hollow tube extends through a set of aligned openings formed in the first and second end walls and the supporting pad. A plug having a head and a body is used to secure each end of the tube. The body is inserted into an end of the tube and a head urging against an exterior surface of one of the end walls, thus securing the holster assembly. Additional cradles may be defined by adding dividing walls and additional supporting pads. Further, one or more storage compartments may also be provided.

  • Publication number: 20160153747
Abstract: An apparatus operates as both a holster and a benchrest for a handgun. The apparatus comprises first and second end walls, and a supporting pad secured between the first and second end walls. As a holster, the first and second end walls and the supporting pad define a cradle adapted for holstering a handgun. The holster may also be flipped upside-down and then operated as a benchrest. When the assembly is operating as a benchrest, a barrel rest may be inserted into a barrel-rest receiver slot on the top-side of the assembly. The barrel rest has a U-channel adapted for supporting the barrel of a handgun. The supporting pad further provides a surface for supporting the grip of the handgun.

  • Publication number: 20160087902
Abstract: Implementations of the present disclosure involve an apparatus, device, component, and/or method for a hardware efficient flow to port affinity management table for link aggregation for a network fabric switch with Ethernet Gateway functionality. Rather than maintaining a state per traffic flow list, the present disclosure utilizes a handle or hash value derived from the traffic flow and associates an output port state to the hash value. The output port state for the hash value is further associated with a portlist that is based on at least a traffic flow policy of the server or group of servers associated with the traffic flow. In addition, the management table may be adjusted based on state changes to one or more of the output ports such that, if a port becomes unavailable, the management table may be adjusted to account for the unavailability of the port.

  • Publication number: 20160067960
Abstract: A printhead for a printer has actuating elements for ejecting fluid, and a drive circuit for selectively applying a drive waveform having several slopes, to an actuating element, according to a print signal. A resulting printhead has a lesser sensitivity to changes of slew rate in one slope of the drive waveform than a sensitivity to change in another. The drive circuit has a variable resistance circuit, and a control circuit to control the variable resistance circuit to adjust a slew rate of the slope of lesser sensitivity according to a trim signal. By making the adjustment less sensitive, the trim signal and trim control can have more relaxed tolerances, thus can employ simpler, cheaper circuitry.

  • Publication number: 20160067963
Abstract: A driver circuit for driving actuating elements for printing, has a switch for coupling a common drive signal to provide element drive pulses to drive each actuating element according to a print signal. A timing control circuit controls the switch during sloped transitions of the common drive signal, to trim an amplitude of the actuating element drive pulses according to a common offset configurable for at least two of the actuating elements in common, and according to an element specific offset, configurable for each of the actuating elements. The offsets can be dynamic or static, and some parts of the timing can be implemented in analog form. This enables more types of errors to be compensated, and can enable the element specific offset to be implemented with simpler circuitry with less heat dissipation or less space or needing less precision and thus less cost.
