  • Publication number: 20150112761
Abstract: According to some embodiments, a method receives a request for contact information associated with a customer. The method determines a plurality of contact values associated with the customer. The plurality of contact values include a first set of contact values that a first line of business associates with the customer and a second set of contact values that a second line of business associates with the customer. • Patent number: 9005382
Abstract: A method for forming a ceramic matrix composite (CMC) component for gas turbine engines. The method contemplates replacing a plurality of plies with insert material. The insert material can be partially cured or pre-cured and applied in place of a plurality of small plies or it may be inserted into cavities of a component in the form of a paste or a ply. The insert material is isotropic, being formed of a combination of matrix material and chopped fibers, tow, cut plies or combinations thereof. The use of the insert material allows for features such as thin edges (650) with thicknesses of less than about 0.030 inches and small radii such as found in corners (680, 710). The CMC components of the present invention replace small ply inserts cut to size to fit into areas of contour change or thickness change, and replace the small ply inserts with a fabricated single piece discontinuously reinforced composite insert, resulting in fewer defects, such as wrinkles, and better dimensional control.

  • Patent number: 8963651
Abstract: One embodiment relates to a method of compensating for crystal frequency variation over temperature. An example method includes obtaining an indication of temperature, computing a temperature compensation value based on the indication of temperature and a piecewise linear temperature compensation approximation, and compensating for a temperature offset in a crystal reference signal by adjusting a division ratio of a fractional divider in a phase-locked loop. The piecewise linear temperature compensation approximation can represent an approximation of frequency error in a crystal reference signal originating from a crystal over temperature. The piecewise linear temperature compensation approximation can be, for example, a linear approximation, a quadratic approximation, or a cubic approximation.

  • Patent number: 8965043
Abstract: A method of detecting an object in an image at a client device is described. This method comprises the steps of: receiving from a server a two dimensional image of a scene, the scene being captured by a camera and the image comprising an object located within the scene, receiving from the server position data, the position data being indicative of the position of the object within the image; receiving from the server an outline representation of the object at that position, the outline representation defining for pixel positions in a segment of the image at that position whether the pixel position represents the object; and on the basis of said outline, detecting the object in the image.

  • Patent number: 8958216
Abstract: A digital isolation circuit includes an encode circuit, a planar magnetic circuit, and a decode circuit. The encode circuit receives an input signal and divides the input signal into a first signal pulse and a second signal pulse. The planar magnetic circuit is coupled to an output of the encode circuit. The planar magnetic circuit includes a primary winding, a secondary winding and a magnetic core. The primary winding is magnetically coupled to the secondary winding through the magnetic core to generate an isolated output signal in response to the pair of signal pulses. The decode circuit receives the isolated output signal from the secondary winding to generate an output signal substantially identical to input signal. A method of digitally isolating a square wave input signal from an output signal using the digital isolation circuit is also disclosed.

The method further includes determining, at the application server, a designation of the calling device. The method further includes sending a prompt to the calling device from the application server. The prompt is a request for information related to urgency of the call, where the prompt corresponds to a first prompt when the designation is a first designation and the prompt corresponds to a second prompt when the designation is a second designation. The method further includes receiving a response to the prompt at the application server and modifying a call setup message based on the response.
