Abstract: The present invention relates to use of gTso thal in manufacturing a medicament for the promotion of MS-275 to cross the blood-brain barrier (BBB), and belongs to the technical field of pharmaceutical preparation. Administration of the medicament manufactured by the use of the present invention in combination with MS-275 significantly increases MS-275 to cross the BBB into the brain tissue, and prominently promotes the accumulation of the medicament therein.

Abstract: A system and method for providing point of interest related notifications within a vehicle that include receiving sensor data associated with an opening of at least one vehicle window of the vehicle. The system and method also include storing a first geo-location of the vehicle based on the sensor data and determining if a subsequent geo-location of the vehicle is within a predetermined vicinity of at least one point of interest. The system and method further include providing at least one point of interest related notification associated with the at least one point of interest if it is determined that the subsequent geo-location of the vehicle is within the predetermined vicinity of the at least one point of interest.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a mobile power generation system. The whole power generation system is assigned onto two conveyances. A gas turbine, a generator, an intake chamber, an exhaust collector, and an auxiliary system are disposed on a first conveyance, an intake assembly and an exhaust duct are integrally disposed on a second conveyance. The second conveyance further includes at least four lifting gears, which are configured to separate the intake assembly and the exhaust duct from the second conveyance, and jack up the intake assembly and the exhaust duct so as to accommodate the power generation transport apparatus and move it to the bottom of the intake assembly and the exhaust duct. The intake assembly and the exhaust duct are then brought down by the lifting gears to dock with the intake chamber and the exhaust collector respectively. A seal docking can be achieved by the weights of the intake assembly and the exhaust duct themselves.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to methods and systems for determining usage of a vehicle. A vehicle monitoring system may include, a memory, at least one processor coupled to the memory, and a sensory system that generates vehicle trip data during a monitoring window. The vehicle monitoring system may partition the trip data into a base group and a contrast group. The vehicle monitoring system may calculate a similarity score between the contrast group and the base group. The vehicle monitoring system may determine that the vehicle has been used for commercial purposes in response to the similarity score satisfying a threshold.

The vehicle recommendation device generates vehicle trip data, associated with a plurality of trips of each of the first set of vehicles, based on the received vehicle log data. The vehicle recommendation device further determines a set of features, associated with the plurality of trips or with information about the first set of vehicles, based on the generated vehicle trip data. The vehicle recommendation device further generates a machine learning model which is trained based on the determined set of features to output a first type of vehicle from the set of vehicle types.

A power generation apparatus is respectively quickly connected, through expansion joints, to an intake assembly and an exhaust duct which are separately transported, to implement the quick installation and connection of the power generation system at the fracturing operation site. Two conveyances are respectively provided for the intake assembly and the exhaust duct to achieve more flexible adjustment during connection. While the position of the power generation apparatus is fixed, the intake assembly is moved to connect to an intake chamber of the power generation apparatus, and the exhaust duct is moved to connect to an exhaust collector of the power generation apparatus.
