    Abstract: A system and method for improving network coverage is discussed herein. The system and method can improve network coverage based on lack of coverage key performance indicators generated by disconnection data when user equipment (UE) disconnects from and reconnects to a wireless network. The system determines if the disconnection is associated with a lack of coverage by the wireless network or some other reason. When the disconnection is due to lack of coverage, once the UE reconnects to the wireless network, lack of coverage data associated with the lack of coverage can be used to generate key performance indicators which can be used to improve network coverage. For example, an additional network site can be added to the network, a network site operating parameter can be adjusted, or the like.

The exoskeleton further comprises a sensor system for measuring a combined center of mass of the human and the exoskeleton in the frontal plane and a step width of the human in the frontal plane. The exoskeleton further comprises a controller that outputs adjustment angles for each of the first and the second HAA joints based on the center of mass and the step width. The first and the second HAA joints are respectively rotated based on the respective output adjustment angles.

A solvent is a hydrogen bond donor solvent with a polarity value ?* ranging from 60 to 100 or a hydrogen bond acceptor solvent with a polarity value ?* ranging from 92 to 100. Solvents with a polarity value ?* within the above range all can form corresponding etoricoxib solvates with etoricoxib. The etoricoxib solvate can be prepared by cooling crystallization or suspension crystallization. A 1,2-propanediol solvate of etoricoxib and a dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) solvate of etoricoxib provided in the present disclosure have high thermal stability, unique crystal form, large size, concentrated distribution, and prominent flowability and is safe, pharmaceutically acceptable, and not easy to agglomerate. Compared with etoricoxib, the etoricoxib solvates exhibit significantly improved solubility.
