    Abstract: Presented here is a method to predict whether a user of a wireless telecommunication network will report a problem or issue associated with the wireless telecommunication network. A processor can obtain multiple key performance indicators (KPIs) describing a user experience with the wireless telecommunication network. The processor can calculate at least a daily value of each KPI according to a rule specific to the KPI. The processor can create an image representing a value of each KPI, where a first axis of the image identifies the KPI, and where a second axis of the image represents the daily value of the KPI. The processor can predict whether the user of the wireless telecommunication network will report the problem by providing the image to a machine learning model and receiving a prediction from the machine learning model whether the user of the wireless telecommunication network will report the problem.

    Abstract: Provided are a clinical-grade autologous bronchial basal cell, a deliverable formulation thereof, and a preparation process. The preparation process comprises the following steps: acquiring and digesting an in vitro active bronchoscopic brushed-off biopsy tissue, and collecting cells after digestion is terminated; plating the digested cells on a culture plate pre-coated with feeder layer cells, collecting the cultured cells to perform amplification culture on a culture plate pre-coated with feeder layer cells, and when the cells grow to cover 50%-90% of the surface area of the culture plate, performing cell passage operation; and when passaged culture cells grow to cover 85%-95% of the surface area of a culture dish, digesting and collecting adhered cells, and washing. The clinical-grade bronchial basal cell prepared by this method can differentiate stably after the cells reach the lesion and significantly achieve the damaged lung tissue regeneration.

The method of manufacturing the bonding structural test block with defects includes: providing a first plate and a second plate; applying an adhesive on an upper surface of the first plate to form an adhesive layer; heating and curing at least partial region of the adhesive layer for the first time; placing the second plate on the adhesive layer; and heating and curing the adhesive layer for the second time to form a boding structural test block. According to the present disclosure, the at least partial region of the adhesive layer is heated and cured for the first time and chemical reaction occurs, so that the at least partial region forms a defect, and controllable manufacturing of the defect is realized. The test block with the defect is subjected to mechanical detection to simulate the actual defective product.

The system segments the user devices into groups having similar characteristics, by grouping together devices more likely to leave the network, and devices less likely to leave the network. Each group of devices has a trained machine learning model, to predict the NEX score for each device. The system focuses on devices with a low NEX score. The system determines whether the problem is with the network and/or the problem is with the device. The system gathers information from network monitoring software and determine which tower caused, for example, the call to drop. The system determines technological capability of the device from the device TAC number. The system suggests solutions to the network problems by suggesting adding a sector, tuning an antenna, etc., or if the device has problems, adjusting phone settings.
