Abstract: An illuminated keyboard includes a keyset portion and at least one light source substrate. The keyset portion includes a plurality of keys and a baseboard to hold the keys and allow the keys to respectively generate a trigger displacement. The keys are arranged in parallel rows to form a plurality of key clusters. The light source substrate is located between any two neighboring key clusters and includes a light transmission channel with an electrode electrically connected to at least one light emitting diode (LED) and is covered by a light transmission element. The LED receives electric power provided by the light source substrate to generate light transmitted via the light transmission channel and projected uniformly to the key clusters via the light transmission element. Hence the illuminated keyboard of the invention can be made thinner and assembled simpler.

  • Patent number: 8557348
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a synthetic leather formed with a pattern includes a mixing step (A) in which at least a first material and a second material are properly mixed in proportion into a mixture; a first coating step (B) in which the mixture is coated on a substrate to form a blocking layer; a printing step (C) in which a determined pattern is printed on the surface of blocking layer to form a pattern layer; and a second coating step (D) in which at least the mixture is coated on the pattern layer to form a surface layer, thereby a product being finished. Thus, the pattern layer may be sandwiched between the blocking layer and the surface layer, which prevents the pattern layer contacting the substrate or outside from fading in color and shedding off and prevents the child from eating, by accident, the fall-off pattern layer.

  • Publication number: 20130264018
Abstract: A roller curtain controller includes a cap, a collar, a locating block, a pull cord reel and an outer sleeve. The cap is recessed to forma receiving space. The cap has a restriction stem protruding from a bottom wall of the receiving space. The collar is fitted on a fixed end of the restriction stem and the locating block is fitted on a front end of the restriction stem. The pull cord reel is fitted on the collar and spaced from the bottom wall of the receiving space by the collar to form a gap so as to reduce frictional noise. The locating block is assembled with the outer sleeve. By means of the support of the locating block, a central axis of the restricting stem is prevented from being deflected under the weight of the roller curtain so that the roller curtain can be operated more smoothly.
