    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor package structure is provided. A supporting plate and multiple padding patterns on an upper surface of the supporting plate define a containing cavity. Multiple leads electrically insulated from one another are formed on the padding patterns, extend from top surfaces of the padding patterns along side surfaces to the upper surface and are located inside the containing cavity. A chip is mounted inside the containing cavity, electrically connected to the leads. A molding compound is formed to encapsulate at least the chip, a portion of the leads and a portion of the supporting plate, fill the containing cavity and gaps among the padding patterns, and exposes a portion of the leads on the top surface. The supporting plate is removed to expose a back surface of each padding pattern, a bottom surface of the molding compound and a lower surface of each lead.

    Abstract: A curtain cord winder structure includes a cord winder base seat, a shaft, a cord reel, a movable cover board and a movable bracket. The curtain cord winder structure is characterized in that the cord reel includes an outer drum-shaped structure composed of multiple arched recessed wall faces and multiple arched raised wall faces that are connected with each other and an inner reinforcement structure formed on inner circumference of the cord reel. When the pull cord is wound around the outer drum-shaped structure of the cord reel, the pull cord is securely supported and located to save strength in operation of the pull cord. The inner reinforcement structure serves to reinforce the outer drum-shaped structure to avoid deformation of the cord reel.

    Abstract: A pull cord fixing support for inner and outer windows includes a main support body, a movable support, a roller and a fixing toothed section, which are assembled with each other. The pull cord fixing support serves to fix a bead pull cord on a wall. The bead pull cord is first connected and engaged with the roller mounted on the movable support by means of the fixing toothed section. Then a fixing screw is used to affix the main support body on the wall. At the same time, the fixing toothed section is pulled downward to disengage the fixing toothed section from the roller. Under such circumstance, the bead pull cord can be operated. The roller is freely rotatable along with the movable support. Therefore, the pull cord can be universally operated. The pull cord fixing support is applicable to both inner window and outer window.

The film layer is attached to the substrate and entirely encapsulates the chip and the wires. The carrier is adhered on the film layer. The encapsulant is disposed on the upper surface of the substrate, wherein the encapsulant has an electro-magnetic shielding filler. The encapsulant at least partially encapsulates the carrier and the film layer, and the encapsulant covers the chip and the wires.

Front edge of each of two fixing boards extending from two sides of the plane board main body is formed with a split. The decoration board has a horizontal panel and a vertical panel. A top end and a certain section of the vertical panel are formed with hook bars inserted and latched in the splits of the left and right supports and assembled therewith. The cover boards serve to conceal the seams between the supports and the decoration board.

    Abstract: A thin keyboard structure includes a circuit board and a keycap assembly board located on the circuit board. The circuit board has a plurality of command portions to receive contact and generate command signals. The keycap assembly board has a frame with a plurality of press zones corresponding to the command portions. Each press zone has at least one press portion corresponding to one command portion and depressible to move towards the command portion. Each press zone also has a deformation portion centered on the press portion and coiled and extended continuously from the press portion towards the frame at a preset interval to provide deformation and return force for the press portion during movement towards the command portion. The press portion and deformation portion replace the driven mechanism used in the conventional keyboard, hence total thickness of the keyboard can be reduced to make the keyboard thinner.

    Abstract: A multi-instruction switch for enhancing electrical insulation is provided. The multi-instruction switch includes a housing, a common pin and a switching pin set. The housing comprises an accommodating space which includes a conductive elastic plate moving back-and-forth and a support rack therein. The conductive elastic plate includes a normal connection section and a switching connection section. The support rack includes a limiting track. The common pin is normally in electrical contact with the normal connection section in the housing. The switching pin set includes a first pin having a contact section and a second pin having a trigger section. The limiting track includes a first insulation plate, a second insulation plate, and an insulation space between the first and second insulation plates. As such, the present invention enhances the insulation effect by the first and second insulation plates and the insulation space located at the limiting track.

The light uniform device comprises a light incident surface, a light emergent surface and a light uniform portion defined therebetween. And a first projection image of the second contour that is projected onto a projection plane forms a rotational angle about a longitudinal axial direction corresponding to a second projection image of the first contour projected onto the projection plane. Thereby, the light sources may simply be disposed in the projection system to provide uniform light beams that entirely cover the DMD (digital micromirror device) after being uniformed by the light uniform device. Neither of the light sources need to be inclined following with the DMD, nor is additional relay lens needed in imaging.

The press surface, connecting section and color display surface form a light retaining zone. The press surface has a top surface coated with a first pigment layer. The color display surface has a bottom surface coated with a second pigment layer whose color is different from the first pigment layer. The first and second pigment layers form a mixed color so that light generated by the lighting unit to enter the light retaining zone is emitted softly through the connecting section.

The press surface and light emitting surface form an inclined angle between them greater than 90 degrees. The press surface, light incident surface and light emitting surface jointly form a light retaining zone. Light generated by the lighting unit projects to the light incident surface and enters the light retaining zone, and is masked by the opaque press surface to emit locally through the transparent light emitting surface.

The broadcast information is obtained according to the digital signal. The local oscillation clock has a first frequency in a normal mode and a second frequency in a power-saving mode, and the second frequency is lower than the first frequency.
