    Abstract: Rapid thermal annealing methods and systems for annealing patterned substrates with minimal pattern effect on substrate temperature non-uniformity are provided. The rapid thermal annealing system includes a front-side heating source and a backside heating source. The backside heating source of the rapid thermal annealing system supplies a dominant amount of heat to bring the substrate temperature to the peak annealing temperature. The front-side heating source contributes to heat up the environment near the front-side of the substrate to a temperature lower than about 100° C. to about 200° C. less than the peak annealing temperature. The asymmetric front-side and backside heating for rapid thermal annealing reduce or eliminate pattern effect and improve WIW and WID device performance uniformity.

The nucleating agent composition according to the present invention not only can significantly improve the bending modulus and thermal deformation temperature of polypropylene, but also can improve the impact strength of polypropylene.

    Abstract: A cover-type containing structure for flexible enclosures primarily includes a front cover sheet, a rear cover sheet and a flexible enclosure. The flexible enclosure includes a second joining edge and by engaging the first joining edge with the second joining edge, the front cover sheet and the flexible enclosure are fixed. Besides, the containing structure further includes a holding portion. Under a contained state, the holding portion is used to contain smaller objectives; whereas, in an unfolded state, in addition to using the flexible enclosure to contain larger objectives, the holding portion can be also used to contain smaller objectives. The present invention can be also applied to a piece of clothing combined with a bag unit or other flexible enclosure.

The multi-stage preheat is designed to reduce dopant deactivation and to improve inter-mixing between the interfacial oxide layer and the high-k dielectric layer. The high-temperature anneal is used to reduce the number of interfacial sites at the interface between the silicon substrate and the interfacial oxide layer.

The dezincification-resistant alloy of the present invention contains 59.5 to 64 wt % of copper (Cu); 0.1 to 0.5 wt % of bismuth (Bi); 0.08 to 0.16 wt % of arsenic (As); 5 to 15 ppm of boron (B); 0.3 to 1.5 wt % of tin (Sn); 0.1 to 0.7 wt % of zirconium (Zr); less than 0.05 wt % of lead (Pb); and zinc (Zn) in balance. The dezincification-resistant copper alloy of the present invention has excellent casting properties, good toughness and machinability, and can be corrosion-resistant. Thus, the alloy can reduce dezincification on the surfaces.
