    Abstract: The present application discloses a device and method for preparing aromatic hydrocarbons by coupling naphtha and methanol. By adopting the device, under an action of a catalyst, the naphtha and the methanol react to generate product gas with aromatic hydrocarbons and a low-carbon olefin as main components. By the method of the application, linear-chain and branched-chain aliphatic hydrocarbons can be efficiently converted into aromatic hydrocarbons in a highly selective mode, a yield of p-xylene is also increased through a methylation reaction of aromatic hydrocarbons, and a content of p-xylene in a xylene mixture is greater than 75 wt %.

    Abstract: Present invention teaches the method of using a keratin hydrolysis peptide (“KHP”) solution to improve the growth of soybean under low temperature conditions. By selectively choosing specific weights of feathers and water, and treating the mixture to a high-temperature high-pressure hydrolysis process, the resulting solution is confirmed to contain at least 253 peptides and then infused to the soil containing the soybean seeds, the solution can also be sprayed to the leaf surface of soybean plants at a specific growth stage. Optionally, the KHP solution can be diluted by water, as disclosed in the specification, for applying to the soil and for spraying to leaf surface of soybean plants.

    Abstract: Computer-implemented techniques for multimodal content relevance prediction using neural networks involves processing multimodal content comprising a digital image and text. Initially, dense embeddings are obtained: an image embedding from a pretrained convolutional neural network, and a text embedding from a pretrained transformer network. These embeddings encapsulate the features of the image and text respectively. Two pretrained dense neural sub-networks then reduce the dimensionality of these embeddings. A third dense neural sub-network determines a numerical score for the multimodal content using the reduced embeddings and an additional feature embedding. This score reflects various aspects of the multimodal content, leading to an action taken based on this numerical evaluation, providing a comprehensive and nuanced understanding and management of multimodal digital content.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a diffusion plate for use in a backlight module with a low optical path distance (OD), which can be assembled on a backlight module with a plurality of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) as the light source below. Different diffusion particle additives are added to the surface layers and the main layer of the diffusion plate, and then extrude it with foaming extrusion technology. By making different combinations of the refractive index and the amount of the original resin materials, microbubbles, and diffusion particle additives of the surface layers and the main layer, the light refractive index of the upper and lower surface layers is substantially greater than which of the main layer. Such that, the light emitted by the light source below can be diffused more effectively, and thereby achieving a better shading effect of MURA, so as to produce a uniform surface light source.

    Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a structure of a gate-all-around field effect transistors (GAAFET) and a method of forming the structure. The structure includes a diffusion barrier structure in an S/D epitaxial structure of the GAAFET. The diffusion barrier structure is in contact with an NS layer of the GAAFET and extends over side surfaces of inner spacer structures adjacent to the NS layer. The diffusion barrier structure separates a high doping region of the S/D epitaxial structure from the NS layer and regions of the inner spacer structures close to the NS layer. The diffusion barrier structure prevents (or mitigates) dopants in the high doping region from diffusing into the NS layer and the inner spacer structures, preserving the integrity of the NS layer as a semiconducting channel of the GAAFET and avoiding a current crowding effect.
