  • Publication number: 20080055465
Abstract: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for de-interlacing video data by using a horizontal motion vector of a horizontal motion between fields. The horizontal motion regarding a target pixel of a frame is compensated if the horizontal motion vector is found to be substantially not null according to the pixels residing in the fields determined by the horizontal motion vector. This results in an upgraded quality of image after the de-interlacing process.

  • Publication number: 20080008005
Abstract: A method of reducing gate disturb in a charge-trapping layer memory cell by applying different Vpass voltages to different sides of a selected wordline. A higher Vpass voltage is used to pass higher source/drain voltage and a lower Vpass voltage is used to pass a lower source/drain voltage. By controlling the Vpass voltages on different sides of a selected wordline, it is possible to reduce a vertical field that is established in a gate region when the Vpass voltages are applied. A reduced vertical field results in suppressed gate disturb. The method also includes a novel bit-line biasing scheme that may further reduce the vertical field and thereby may further suppress gate disturb, particularly in an array of memory cells.

  • Publication number: 20070237436
Abstract: A ball circulation system for linear guide way includes a slide rail, a slider coupled with the slide rail, and two end covers of the slider with an oil scraper. A cross-wise circulation passage and a separated circulation passage respectively formed at two side of the end cover are integrally combined in one structure so as to form two independent and opposite ball circulations. By so space in the circulation system is able to accommodate more rolling balls by twice filling procedure thereby improving the efficiency of assembly work. Besides, up and down motion of the rolling balls during circulation causes a uniform lubrication effect. Allowing accommodation of more rolling balls means substantially improving load carrying ability of the linear guide way.
