    Abstract: A method of fabricating a semiconductor device, including a high-voltage device region and a low-voltage device region, includes the steps of: providing a substrate, wherein a bottom mask layer and a top mask layer are sequentially disposed thereon; forming a doped region in the substrate based on a first layout pattern; patterning the substrate based on a second layout pattern to form at least two trenches in the substrate respectively in the high-voltage device region and the low-voltage device region; and patterning the top mask layer in the high-voltage device region based on a third layout pattern to form a patterned top mask layer and expose the bottom mask layer from the patterned top mask layer, wherein the third layout pattern is generated by comparing the first layout pattern and the second layout pattern and executing a Boolean operation.

The second gate has a second sidewall directly facing the first sidewall. A first sidewall spacer is disposed on the first sidewall. A second sidewall spacer is disposed on the second sidewall. A contact etch stop layer is deposited on the first and second gates and on the first and second sidewall spacers. The contact etch stop layer is subjected to a tilt-angle plasma etching process to trim a corner portion of the contact etch stop layer. An inter-layer dielectric layer is then deposited on the contact etch stop layer and into the gap.

A first backlight period end time after the first Vsync period end time is determined as a transition period start time. A time difference between the transition period start time and the first Vsync period end time is calculated. A transition period length between the second period length and the time difference is calculated and divided into interval lengths each equals to a third period length. The backlight control signal operated to have the third period length is generated within the transition period.

    Abstract: The inhibition device includes a micro-controller configured with a triggering condition including a number of intervals and, for each interval, a corresponding duration and a corresponding threshold. Each interval is a range specifying how much the vehicle's acceleration pedal has changed its position in terms of percentages of a pedal stroke. Each duration specifies the fastest time duration allowable for the acceleration pedal to attain a corresponding interval of pedal position change. The micro-controller converts progress signals of the acceleration pedal to corresponding percentages, obtains a difference DEF between the successive percentages, records a time duration RES between successive progress signals, and calculates DEF/RES=X. When X is greater than or equal to a threshold of a corresponding interval, the micro-controller sends an idle signal to the vehicle's engine control unit or intercepts the progress signals to prevent them from reaching the engine control unit.

In the decoding system, multiple image data packages are received from the encoding system. The image data packages include multiple encoded data that are formed by encoding the pixels of an image and the pixels are beforehand rearranged according to an arrangement order. The arrangement order is exemplarily made based on the quantity of encoding circuits of the encoding system. In the decoding system, the encoded data received from the encoding system are sequentially stored in a memory according to the arrangement order. The decoding circuits start to decode the encoded data from an initial code synchronously for enhancing decoding performance. The method can be applied to decoding of high resolution images. The image is reproduced after the decoding process.

The control member is electrically connected to a vehicle's engine controller and acceleration pedal detector. The control member then converts and transmits the signal to the engine controller so that the engine controller reduces fuel injection, slows the vehicle down.
