    Abstract: A semiconductor memory device and fabrication method thereof. In a semiconductor memory device, each memory cell comprises a deep trench and a capacitor disposed on the lower portion thereof. A collar oxide layer having a first second sidewalls is disposed on the deep trench. The top of the first sidewall is at the same height as the surface of the semiconductor substrate. The top of the second sidewall is substantially equal to the top of the capacitor. The memory cell further comprises a buried conductor layer disposed on the second sidewall and the capacitor and a buried strap adjoining the buried conductive layer, and a transistor disposed on the surface of the semiconductor substrate and electrically connected to the capacitor through the buried strap and the buried conductive layer.

    Abstract: A MOSFET with a short channel structure and manufacturing processes for the same are described. The MOSFET has a substrate, a channel region, a source/drain region, a gate dielectric layer and a conductive layer. The channel region in the substrate includes a first region and a second region, in which the first region has a first threshold voltage and the second region has a second threshold voltage, respectively. The first threshold voltage is smaller than the second threshold voltage. The first threshold voltage of the first region can also be adjusted to reduce or increase effectively the resistance of the MOSFET when the MOSFET is turned on or off. Additionally, the first region has a shallower junction depth than that of the normal source/drain extension.

In another operation a piece of glass is cut along a predetermined line by manipulating the cutter, a portion of the glass is inserted into one conformed slit with the predetermined line aligned with an opening of the slit, and the handle is adapted to pivot to break the glass into two parts.

    Abstract: A tire pressure measurement device capable of automatically generating electric power has a tire pressure measurement unit, a microprocessor control unit and an automatic generating unit. One or more permanent magnets are disposed in the automatic generating unit and annularly arranged on a braking panel. An induction coil is disposed at a corresponding portion of the magnetic permanent. The induction coil is formed by continually winding a conducting wire around an aluminum ring. Each distal end of the induction coil is connected with an electric power lead-out wire. An electric power can thus be generated and led to the microprocessor control unit and the tire pressure measurement unit when a vehicle's wheel rotates.

The tire pressure measurement unit has a tire pressure measurement unit, a voltage regulating circuit of power source, a microprocessor control unit, a wireless transceiving module and an inflation/deflation control component. The tire pressure measurement unit measures the tire pressure value of a tested tire. The tire pressure value is then wirelessly displayed on a display unit in a vehicle so that the user can know the present status of a tire. The user can also maneuver a function key to select an operation according to the displayed data and send this message to the tire room to execute inflation or deflation of the tire.

Because the present invention provides reset lines for Type 1R1D RRAM, it can overcome the non-erasable of the conventional Type 1R1D RRAM.

    Abstract: A communication apparatus for playing sound signals has a cellular phone and a wireless earphone. The cellular phone communicates with the wireless earphone via Bluetooth signals primarily. The cellular phone has a first sound processing module for encoding, a music playing module for outputting music data and a Bluetooth module. The wireless earphone has a second sound processing module for decoding, an output unit for outputting music and a Bluetooth module. The music data from the music playing module can be encoded into digital data fitting the Bluetooth protocol by using the first sound processing module. Then, the digital data is sent to the wireless earphone. After being received, the digital data is decoded via the second sound processing module and then output by the output unit. Thereby, the cellular phone can use Bluetooth signals to radio the music data to the wireless earphone for playing music.

    Abstract: A method for forming narrow trench structures. A substrate covered by a layer to be defined is provided. A plurality of oxidable first masking islands is formed on the layer to be defined. Thereafter, the first masking islands are oxidized to form an oxide layer on the sidewall and the upper surface of each first masking island. A second masking island is formed in each gap between the oxidized first masking islands. The oxide layers are subsequently removed to form narrow openings between the first and second masking islands, having a width substantially equal to the thickness of the removed oxide layer. The layer to be defined underlying the narrow openings is etched to form the narrow trench structures on the substrate. Finally, the first and second masking islands are removed.
