The antenna includes a radiating unit formed in the shape of a loop, and the matching circuit has an extended part projected and extended toward a central area of the radiating unit from an inner side surface of the radiating unit, thereby eliminating the need for a separate space for the matching circuit. The antenna can change a resonant frequency thereof by adjusting input reactance through the matching circuit.

Abstract: The present invention provides a dimple structure for golf balls. In the present invention, a plurality of dimples (50a) each having a predetermined shape is disposed on an outer surface of a golf ball in a predetermined arrangement. The dimple structure of the present invention includes at least one protrusion (60a) which is integrally provided in the dimple (50a), thus increasing the contact area between the golf ball and the head of a golf club, and increasing resilient force of the golf ball against the golf club head, thereby increasing the distance that the golf ball is driven. As well, the present invention increases the amount of backspin on the golf ball when an approach shot is executed near the putting green, thus allowing the rolling action of the golf ball on the putting green to be easily controlled.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and a system for implementing multicast using a slave block in DSL access technique. Several slave blocks are cascaded with a master block accessed to the DSL. The master block and slave block are respectively connected with DSL users via RTUs, and access an uplink via a network interface of the master block. The slave block is configured to support the IGMP proxy or the IGMP snooping so as to implement multicast function independently. This invention overcomes the shortcomings including the heavy burden on the master block, low efficiency and serious waste in bandwidth resulting from the fact that the operation of the slave block multicast member is implemented in the master block, thus increasing the efficiency of multicast and saving bandwidth of the master block.

Abstract: A heat dissipation assembly (100) comprises a heat sink (10) having a plurality of fins (120), a fan (20) mounted onto the heat sink (10) for generating an airflow flowing into a plurality of channels (126) between the fins (120) of the heat sink (10) and a ventilating strip (40) encircling an outer periphery of the fins (120) to prevent the airflow generated by the fan (20) from being prematurely dispersed out of the fins (120) via the channels (126). The ventilating strip (40) helps the airflow to more effectively reach a bottom of the heat sink (10), which is used to contact a heat-generating electronic component.

Abstract: A network access control method for controlling network access by utilizing a network access control apparatus is provided. The method includes: receiving an ID of a user; acquiring an access control list and an applying position according to the received ID; applying the acquired access control list at the applying position; extracting data packet information of data packets; and controlling the forwarding of the data packets according to the acquired access control list.

Abstract: A mold structure (100) includes a mold plate (402) and a fiber-optic sensor (30) mounted therein. The fiber-optic sensor may detect whether a metal insert has been put into the mold plate before the mold structure is closed. If the metal insert is already put in a desired position, the mold structure can be closed so as to avoid leaving out the metal insert. Therefore, the production and efficiency are greatly increased.

Abstract: A method of forming a sensor for detecting gases and biochemical materials that can be fabricated at a temperature in a range from room temperature to 400° C., a metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET)-based integrated circuit including the sensor, and a method of manufacturing the integrated circuit are provided. The integrated circuit includes a semiconductor substrate. The sensor for detecting gases and biochemical materials includes a pair of electrodes formed on a first region of the semiconductor substrate, and a metal oxide nano structure layer formed on surfaces of the pair electrodes. A heater is formed to perform thermal treatment to re-use the material detected in the metal oxide nano structure layer. Also, a signal processor is formed by a MOSFET to process a predetermined signal obtained from a quantity change of a current flowing through the pair of electrodes of the sensor.

Abstract: A display panel driver includes: an encryption unit configured to receive pixel data of unit pixels from an image data source, generate an encryption key by comparing an odd-numbered pixel data with a subsequent even-numbered pixel data, and assign a reference value corresponding to the encryption key; and a decryption unit configured to receive the encryption key and the reference value, compare the encryption key with a decryption key, and restore the odd-numbered pixel data and the even-numbered pixel data by using the reference value according to the comparison result.

The method includes receiving a register-transfer level (RTL) netlist representation of a circuit, receiving a power specification file for describing power requirements of the circuit, creating a low power gate netlist for representing a design implementation of the circuit using the RTL netlist and the power specification file, creating a reference low power RTL netlist for representing a design specification of the circuit using the RTL netlist and the power specification file, and performing equivalence checking between the low power gate netlist and the reference low power RTL netlist. The method further includes annotating low power information described in the power specification file into the reference low power RTL netlist, and creating low power logic in the reference low power RTL netlist.

Abstract: A mechanism to enable multiple message threads management in the context of the Converged IP Messaging (CPM) service and in the context of CPM inter-working with SMS is provided. A CPM user can simply start a message-based conversation with another CPM or Short Message Service (SMS) user without explicitly establishing a session beforehand. All messages that belong to a given conversation are displayed in the corresponding conversational view (i.e. window) in the CPM user device, even if the conversation is stopped and restarted at a later time, and even if there are multiple message threads available (currently active or stored) in the CPM device. Message structures and behavior of the CPM system elements to enable the functionalities above as well as a mechanism makes the message threads management possible even between a CPM user and an SMS user are also provided.

Abstract: In a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device including a planar type transistor and a fin type transistor, a substrate having a first region and a second region is partially to form an isolation trench defining an isolation region and an active region. An insulation layer liner is formed on sidewalls of the isolation trench in the first region and the second region. An isolation layer fills an inner portion of the isolation trench. The insulation layer liner is partially removed to expose an upper surface of the substrate in the gate region of the first region, and an upper surface and sidewalls of the substrate in the gate region of the second region. A gate oxide layer and a gate electrode are formed on the exposed substrate.

Abstract: A real-time digital quadrature demodulation method and device for the ultrasonic imaging system are disclosed in this invention. In addition to a multiplying step and a filtering step, the method further comprises a sine and cosine table generating step for generating the sine and cosine table in real time, and a filter parameter generating step for generating corresponding filter parameters in real time to filter signals from the multipliers. The device comprises two multipliers, two filters, a sine and cosine table generating module, a filter parameter generating module, and two parameter memories. The real-time digital quadrature demodulation method and device for the ultrasonic imaging system according to the invention are capable of effectively saving the storage resource, and are easily controllable.
