Abstract: An emission driver for an organic light emitting display device is disclosed. The emission driver includes a plurality of flip-flops, and each flip-flop selectively receives two input signals and inverts a level of a received input signal. Also, each flip-flop transmits the level-inverted signal to an adjacent flip-flop, inverts the level-inverted signal, and transmits the inverted level-inverted signal to the adjacent flip-flop and as an emission control signal. To invert the level of the received input signal, the emission driver includes a level shifter, which includes transistors of the same conductivity type arranged to reduce power consumption.

  • Publication number: 20070018918
Abstract: A system on panel (SOP)-type scan driver for an organic light emitting display (OLED) device. The scan driver includes flip-flops. Each of the flip-flops receives an input signal, a clock signal, and an inverted clock signal and outputs a scan signal. The scan signal is shifted and input to an adjacent flip-flop. Each of the flip-flops includes three transistors of the same conductivity type and a capacitor. Thus, layout area is minimized owing to simplification of circuits, and static current is cut off to reduce power consumption.

  • Publication number: 20060023708
Abstract: A Fibre Channel router used to join fabrics. EX_ports are used to connect to the fabrics. The EX_port joins the fabric but the router will not merge into the fabric. Ports in the Fibre Channel router can be in a fabric, but other ports can be connected to other fabrics. Fibre Channel routers can be interconnected using a backbone fabric. Global, interfabric and encapsulation headers are developed to allow routing by conventional Fibre Channel switch devices in the backbone fabric and simplify Fibre Channel router routing. Phantom domains and devices must be developed for each of the fabrics being interconnected. Front phantom domains are present at each port directly connected to a fabric. Each of these is then connected to at least one translate phantom domain. Zoning is accomplished by use of a special LSAN zoning naming convention. This allows each administrator to independently define devices are accessible.

  • Patent number: 6960908
Abstract: An electrical testing method for a semiconductor package for detecting defects of sockets mounted on a device under test (DUT) board is provided. A tester performs electrical test, accumulates electrical test results, and compares the accumulated results to reference values. The result of the comparison decides whether a plurality of sockets mounted on the DUT board can be used or not. The decision results are transmitted to a handler so that the socket having the defects is not used on the DUT board.

  • Patent number: 6944074
Abstract: A semiconductor memory device and method of operating the same that replaces a fail normal word line that is coupled to a fail memory cell with a redundant word line from a redundant memory block. If the fail normal word line is selected during operation, both the fail normal word line and the redundant word line are activated at the same time to increase capacitance at the sense amplifier. Therefore, it may be possible to increase the exactness of a read operation or a refresh operation, and thereby improve reliability of a device operation by increasing a comparison margin of the sense amplifier.

  • Publication number: 20050168236
Abstract: A test apparatus includes one handler connected to a tester and one test board divided into two or more sites or two or more test boards. Since only the sites on the test board (or test boards) need be duplicated, rather than the loading lanes or sorters of the handler, the test apparatus can be conveniently compact. Further, while testing semiconductor devices on one site or one test board, semiconductor devices in another site or on another test board can be sorted according to the test result. This enables the reduction or elimination of tester idle time to optimize the efficiency of the test apparatus.

  • Patent number: 6922050
Abstract: A method for testing semiconductor devices includes loading a customer tray with semiconductor devices to be tested. Groups of devices are transferred from the customer tray to buffer trays for testing. The number of devices in the customer tray is checked after each transfer. If the customer tray is empty, the number of semiconductor devices in the buffer trays is counted and compared with the number of semiconductor devices that can be tested simultaneously, typically either 64 or 128. If the number of semiconductor devices in the buffer trays is greater than the tester capacity, the semiconductor devices in at least one buffer tray are tested. If the number of semiconductor devices in the buffer trays is smaller than the tester capacity, semiconductor devices that were determined to be low quality in a prior test are loaded into a buffer tray, thus testing both untested and low quality devices together.
