Abstract: A liquid coater which includes a mist feed tube (5) for feeding oil mist into an airtight container (2), an air hose (10) for feeding air into the airtight container (2) and a mist conveyor pipe (11) for conveying the oil mist pressurized by air inside the airtight container (2) to the outside of the container. Therefore, droplets and large mist particles can be trapped inside the container from the mist feed tube (5), and the mist can be conveyed at a high speed. The liquid coater has excellent applicability. The mist feed tube (5) has a double tube structure comprising an air tube (7) in which air flows, and an oil tube (6) which extends in the air tube (7) and in which the oil flows. The distal end of the oil tube (6) is positioned more inward than the distal end of the air tube (7), so that the oil mist can be fed by a simple construction.

A pilot circuit of the system has multiple piezo valves that are subject to electrical signals from the controller to provide pneumatic output signals to a volume booster circuit of the system. Relatively small volume pneumatic pilot signals from the piezo valves are used to determine the opened or closed state of higher volume valve assemblies of the booster circuit which connect or disconnect the actuator of the valve to be operated with a source of pressurized gas. Both the piezo valves and the booster valve assemblies are subjected to gas at the same operating pressure, but the surface area of pistons in the booster valve assemblies exposed to the piezo valves is substantially larger than the surface area of the pistons exposed to operating pressure such that the pneumatic signals shift the pistons even when pressure is the same on both sides thereof.

Abstract: A screen-printing apparatus for printing creamy solder paste on a substrate by attaching a screen mask to the substrate. A laser-measuring device mounted in the apparatus measures the top surface of the screen mask at a printing position and the top of the substrate at a substrate-measurement position by three-dimensional measurement, and detects a shape of the substrate or the screen mask, and determines whether or not they are acceptable. After screen printing is completed, the substrate and the screen mask undergo a printing inspection where their shapes are inspected. This provides not only inspection data of the printing results but also data for identifying the causes of print failures. As a result, the screen-printing apparatus, which has high-printing accuracy and can prevent printing failures from occurring, is provided.

Abstract: The invention concerns a device for assembly of tubular cylindrical carriers (8) on the circumference (22) of carrier cylinders (1) of drums or cylinders, wherein for the assembly of the tubular carrier (8) on the lateral surface (22) a pressure medium acts upon the latter. By attaching an assembly aid (4), on which a tubular carrier (8) can be held, on the carrier cylinder (1), a pressure medium acts upon the latter, so that positioning of the tubular carrier (8) is made possible.

Abstract: A blanket-mounting mechanism includes a dragging shaft, a rotating device, a correction device, and a deflection suppression device. A dragging-shaft accommodation bore extends axially through a blanket cylinder. A blanket insertion groove extends axially on the outer circumferential surface of the blanket cylinder and extends radially to the dragging-shaft accommodation bore. The dragging shaft has a blanket-end reception groove formed on the outer circumferential surface and adapted to receive one end of a blanket. The dragging shaft is inserted into the dragging-shaft accommodation bore with an appropriate gap maintained therebetween and is supported rotatably. The rotating device is disposed at the side of one end face of the blanket cylinder and is connected to the dragging shaft. The correction device is disposed at the side of the other end face of the blanket cylinder and is able to grip/release the dragging shaft so as to adjust the angular position of the dragging shaft.
