Abstract: The present invention relates to a unit structure of containers, wherein a penetrated hole is formed on every joint of the left wall, right wall, the upper edge of the rear wall of the container and the edge of the upper plane of the container. A female fastening tape is stitched on the upper surface of the penetrated hole and stuck with the male fastening tape which is stitched on the corresponding place. A front wall installed on the edge of the notch of the upper plane is stitched with the upper plane of the container. An adsorptive member is mounted on the front wall to be attracted with the adsorptive member on the lid. The wheels are mounted on the bottom of the lowest container in order to achieve the purpose that the user can move the multi-layer container easily. By such arrangement, the multi-layer container can be formed firmly and the upper plane of the top container is strengthen to bear the weigh from the stuffs.

Abstract: This invention is directed toward a skateboard truck with a single king-pin assembly mechanism with a compressible single bushing with a graduated coefficient of compressibility and built-in cam stops. The truck allows for superior rotation of the wheels due to the single king-pin assembly, which presents an improvement over the prior king-pin and bolt, as there is less stress on the moving parts, the danger of wheel-bite is reduced, and a tighter steering angle can be maintained. The axle hanger is reversible to allow a user to change the height of the skateboard deck from the surface. Because it is made from fewer parts, the truck is simpler to construct, take apart and repair, and can be made less expensively than traditional trucks.

Abstract: A fitting assembly is provided with a first fitting component having a stepped wall surface; and a second fitting component radially spaced from the first fitting component when the fitting assembly is in a finger tight condition prior to pull-up. When the second fitting component is displaced into contact with the stepped wall surface during fitting pull-up, the stepped wall surface assists in separating the first fitting component from the second fitting component upon fitting disassembly.

Abstract: A collet quick connect fluid coupling includes a self-centering structure that is received within a channel (36) in a pilot (32). The channel and self-centering leg (28) ensures the collet (26) is approximately centered within the housing (22) as a tube (38) is moved into the housing. This prevents misalignment of the collet relative to the tube (38). In a preferred embodiment, the collet (26) has a ramp ( 30) on an inwardly facing surface that cams along a surface on the pilot (32), assisting the collet (26) in expanding when a tube (38) is moved into a housing (22).

Abstract: The present invention generally provides a tubular configured to mate with a second tubular so that sealing integrity is maintained between the tubulars before, during, and after expansion of the tubulars. In one embodiment, a connector for connecting tubulars is provided. The connector includes a pin portion; a box portion, wherein the pin and the box portions are configured to mate; a sealing surface formed in an inner surface of the box portion; a seal disposed in a groove formed in an outer surface of the pin portion, wherein the seal is configured to engage with a sealing surface of the box portion upon mating of the pin and the box portions; and a bump formed on an inner surface of the pin portion, wherein the bump is substantially axially aligned with the groove and the bump is configured so that the seal remains engaged with the box portion during and after expansion of the pin and the box portions.

Abstract: A self-locking fluid coupling, utilized to connect two fluid conduits together, does not require the lockwiring of the coupling nut to prevent the rotation of the coupling nut. The locking mechanism comprises a rotational locking means on a ferrule member. The rotational locking means engage one or more inwardly protruding engagement members of the B-nut. The engagement of the rotational locking means of the ferrule with the engagement members of the B-nut creates resistance to circular motion, thereby resisting rotation of the B-nut and eliminating the requirement for lockwire to resist rotation of the B-nut.

Abstract: The present invention includes novel apparatus and methods for recovering energy from water waves. An embodiment of the present invention includes a buoy, a shaft, and an electric power generating device. The shaft is coupled to the buoy such that when the buoy moves vertically in response to a passing wave, the shaft rotates. The shaft is coupled to the electric power generating device such that when the shaft rotates, the generating device produces electric power. Once electric power is generated, it is delivered to shore, where it is stored, used to power a device, or delivered to a power distribution grid.

Abstract: An ocean energy harvesting system utilizes horizontal structural members that rotate in response to wave motion. The structural members are designed to capture energy in a line array that replicates the shape of the waves as they pass through the ocean. A generator platform is placed in the ocean environment or on the shore, and the structural members rotate under the platform or around a pivot post placed in proximity to the platform. The rotation drives a generator shaft due to direct attachment to the structural member or from a cable attached to a structural member some distance from the platform. The structural members can be of substantial length depending on the prevailing wave conditions at the site and the desired amount of energy capture. The system adjusts to differing water levels due to tidal shifts.

Abstract: A trailer locking system includes separate sections releasably coupled to provide locking frames that secure trailers against unauthorized entry through side doors and rear doors. The sections include frame members adapted for releasable coupling to other frame members to form the locking frames, along with support structure for selectively locating the locking frames relative to the trailer body. The locking frames can surround their associated trailers, or may span the width of the doors they are intended to secure. Locking frames that surround the trailers can be supported by ground engaging legs independently of the trailer, or by support members along the trailer top and sides that additionally provide a carrier for equipment and supplies. Adjacent frame members are releasably joined by coupling plates and stabilizing pins mounted to selected coupling plates.
