    Abstract: An encapsulation material for a solar cell element containing an ethylene-polar monomer copolymer having polar monomer unit content of 10-40 wt % and melting point of not lower than 75° C. and HAZE of not more than 10% and meeting the condition of ?3.0X+125?T??3.0X+109, wherein T is melting (° C.) and X is polar monomer unit content (mol %). The encapsulation material for a solar cell element does not require the use of any organic peroxide, consequently bringing about an improvement in the efficiency in the production of solar cell modules. The encapsulation material can also exhibit excellent transparency, heat resistance and flexibility as will make a reduction in the thickness of solar cell elements adequately possible. A solar cell module using the encapsulation material is also provided.

    Abstract: A fluid filling apparatus allows a stage to receive a plate on a fluid spreading over a surface of the stage. A driving mechanism drives the plate along the surface of the stage. Relative movement is induced between through holes, formed in the plate, and the fluid. Since the through holes open to the fluid, the openings of the through holes are rubbed against the fluid. The edges of the openings serve to scrape the fluid. The scraped fluid penetrates into the through holes. The through holes are thus simultaneously filled with the fluid in a significantly facilitated manner. In addition, since the through holes can be filled with the solder material without application of a large pressure, a large-scale apparatus is not required. Moreover, the alignment of the through holes is not required.

    Abstract: A toilet refill restrictor apparatus includes an adapter interposed between a fill valve and a refill hose. The adapter is non-removably coupled to the fill valve and is configured with a larger proximal pathway, and a smaller distal metering pathway for restricting the refill flow rate. The adapter may be coupled to a shortened horizontal outlet formed at a top portion of the fill valve. The horizontal outlet is shortened to a length such that the refill hose cannot be connected directly to the outlet.
