A sturdy rupture fragment is positioned opposite the egress opening. A thin rupture membrane continuously circumscribes and sealingly interconnects the rupture fragment to the inflator about the egress opening. The rupture fragment and the rupture membrane are integrally-formed with each other and with the inflator wall at the egress opening. The pressure impulse impacts the rupture fragment, urges the rupture fragment away from the inflator, detaches the rupture fragment from the inflator by fully transversely fracturing the rupture membrane, and drives the rupture fragment into containment within the diffuser.

Abstract: A wind power system of vehicles includes a box provided with an air entry, an air exit, and a rotator installed in the interior. Fixed at one axial end of the rotator is a generator connected to a rectifier by a lead. The rectifier is connected to a battery, a voltage amplifier and a driving motor. In operation, wind flows through the entry into the box and escapes through the exit as a car is running. While flowing in the box, the wind forces the rotator and the generator to spin. Simultaneously, the generator generates electricity to be stored in the battery after being rectified by the rectifier. The electricity in the battery is then transmitted to and voltage-amplified by the voltage amplifier and then consumed by the driving motor to drive a car to travel.

Abstract: A shaft brake mechanism of wind power generator, including a first brake assembly and a second brake assembly independent from each other. The first brake assembly serves to provide braking effect for the shaft of the wind power generator against rotation. The second brake assembly serves to naturally restrain the rotational speed of the shaft from exceeding a nominal upper limit of rotational speed. Accordingly, the wind power generator can still safely operate in a situation that the wind speed exceeds a nominal upper limit of wind speed. Therefore, the wind speed range for the operation of the wind power generator is widened to increase the total power generation capacity thereof.

Abstract: Apparatuses and methods for an improved wind turbine and blade assembly are disclosed. The wind turbine has a wind turbine assembly being rotatably driven by the blade assembly. The wind turbine assembly has a shaft connected to an inner wheel by a supporting structure. A magnet array is disposed circumferentially about the inner wheel. A transformer array is disposed circumferentially about an outer wheel. The shaft rotates the inner wheel with the magnet array within the outer wheel having the transformer array for producing electricity. Magnets within the array are angled relative to the inner wheel to reduce the cogging torque. Blades are held in a neutral position into the wind by tensioning means, which resists rotation of the blades out of the wind to tune the blades to the wind velocity.

Abstract: A micro power generating device configured to be disposed on a medium structure always in a vibrating environment to provide low-power electric energy includes a case, a body, elastic members, at least a magnetic member, a coil, and a circuit board. The body is combined in the case and has a chamber. One elastic member is respectively disposed on a top side and a bottom side of the chamber. The magnetic member is slidably accommodated in the chamber and is moved back and forth in the chamber by elastic forces provided by the elastic members. The coil is wound around the body. When the magnetic member is moved back and forth in the chamber under the effects of vibrations and the elastic forces provided by the elastic members, the coil generates an induced current accordingly. The circuit board is electrically connected to the coil, and used for processing the induced current generated by the coil into a power supply for external use.

The response is a generation of electrical energy. A central controller in the system can then, simultaneously or selectively: 1) route this electrical energy directly to a user; 2) transfer the electrical energy to a battery for the recharging of the battery; and 3) divert the electrical energy to a storage unit for subsequent use in recharging the battery or direct use by the user.

Abstract: A self contained geothermal generator includes a boiler, a turbine compartment, an electricity generator, a condenser and an electric cable. The condenser includes a distributor chamber, a peripheral chamber and plurality of tubes disposed between the chambers. The peripheral chamber of the condenser surrounds and cools turbine, elective generator and selector of the condenser departments. The condenser cools and converts exhausted steam back in liquid state and returns it back into boiler for reheating. In a method of using the geothermal generator, water contained within the boiler is converted to high-pressure, super heated steam due to heat from hot rocks contained within a pre-drilled well below the Earth's surface. The steam is used to produce electric energy which is transported up to the ground surface by the electric cable. A plurality of geothermal generators may be used in a “binary” power plant through system of several heat exchangers.

Electrical energy is obtained by carriers passing through a potential barrier due to a field effect, and thus energy is pre-supplied to the carriers to increase the number of carriers contributing to electrical energy generation, whereby a highly efficient field power generation device can be realized.

Abstract: An engine is provided that utilizes an active heat exchanger such as a heat pump to transfer heat into and remove heat from a low boiling point liquid that is disposed in a pair of diametrically opposed containers. The addition of heat into the low-boiling point liquid causes the liquid to move vertically from a bottom container to a top container, transforming the transferred heat energy into potential energy. The top container is allowed to fall under the weight of the transferred liquid, transforming the potential energy to kinetic energy which is used to perform the desired work. The expanding low-boiling point liquid can also be used to advance a magnetic back and forth through a wire coiling to produce an electric current, converting the transferred heat energy into electrical energy. The use of an active heat exchanger such as a heat pump permits the use of one unit of electrical energy to transfer 3 to 5 units of heat energy.

As the hook rotates, a pole rotates under bias force to a position at which the pole is engaged with the hook, so as to restrict rotation of the hook for returning to the initial position.
