Abstract: A device for moving a movable furniture part, the device including a force accumulator such that by way of the device which is fitted to the item of furniture the movable furniture part in the case of an opening procedure under the action of the force accumulator by way of an ejector is capable of being put in an opening position. According to the present invention, a coupling assembly which in the case of the charging procedure of the force accumulator is effective between the ejector and the force accumulator is provided, and that the ejector is designed in a manner that the latter in the region of the end of the path thereof in the case of the opening procedure by way of a switch element couples to the coupling assembly.

Abstract: A shelf designed to be used in a bathing setting, such as in a shower stall that includes a first section and a second section joined together to from an outer corner with an obtuse angle and an inner corner. The shelf is outfitted with one or more holes, cutouts, prongs, catches, hooks etc. to allow for items to be placed on the shelf or suspended from the shelf. The shelf is meant to be placed on the edges of the containment wall of a shower structure such that one side of the structure is on the edge of a wall that is approximately perpendicular to another side of the containment wall. Bathing articles can be suspended from the shelf, fed through the holes of the shelf or simply placed on top of the shelf.

Abstract: A holder apparatus includes a platform having a primary aperture sized to supportingly receive a drinking cup partially extending therethrough; a supporting hook having an opening sized and shaped to receive an edge of a fold down tray table therein, the supporting hook which at least in use is physically coupled to the platform to support the platform from the fold down tray table while the fold down tray table is in an upright configuration; a device retention hook sized and shaped to receive an edge of a portable electronic device; and a bias member that physically couples the device retention hook to at least one of the platform or the supporting hook and which biases the device retention hook toward the platform when the portable electronic device is positioned between the device retention hook and at least one of the platform or the supporting hook.

Abstract: A device and method for maintaining a user's legs in an elevated position is presented. In particular, the embodiments comprise a base plate having a front surface and a rear surface, a calf cup and heel cup integrated with the front surface, a plurality of retractable leg members, a plurality of hinges, an attachment means comprising preferably a plurality of hook and loop fasteners, and a plurality of gripping caps. The base plate is adaptable to attach with the user's leg or footwear. The plurality of retractable leg members is adaptable to operate in a deployed configuration and/or in a stored configuration, and a locking mechanism is presented. In user, the device allows the user's leg to rest such that the foot is tilted inward or outward from the body. Finally, in the stored configuration, the plurality of retractable leg members becomes parallel with the rear surface of the base plate, thereby allowing the user to perform body movements without removing the leg support device.

Abstract: Mattress systems for a wall bed are disclosed. In one embodiment, the mattress system includes a mattress having a top face, an inner layer and a bottom face, and a panel placed on the bottom surface. The panel is coupled with wires, which passes through the inner layer of the mattress so that the other end is coupled with the top surface of the mattress. Another embodiment of the mattress system includes a pillow stabilization mechanism that includes a panel placed on the bottom surface and an adjustable strap. Still another embodiment of the mattress system includes a dip prevention mechanism that includes a panel placed on the bottom surface which is sized and dimensioned to prevent the bottom face from having a dip when the mattress is placed on a slat.

Abstract: An under mattress support extends the longevity of an existing mattress that may include concave areas resulting in sagging or soft areas, including a plurality of parallel oriented spaced-apart resilient elongated slat members interconnected by pliable strips to form a parallel slat array. The pliable strip spacing of the parallel resilient slats allows for lateral compression to enhance support. In use, the under mattress support is interposed between a mattress and underlying box spring such that the elongated slats extend along their longitudinal direction from a portion of one side of the mattress to the opposite side of the mattress where the concave portion of a sagging or soft mattress appears during the normal course of use.

Abstract: A method and system to provide an occupant support device includes a first inflatable tube, a second inflatable tube disposed parallel to the first inflatable tube, a third inflatable tube disposed at a relative angle to the first inflatable tube, above the first inflatable tube and below the second inflatable tube, a fourth inflatable tube disposed parallel to the third inflatable tube, below the first inflatable tube and above the second inflatable tube, and an inflation device to selectively provide a low pressure and a high pressure to at least one of the first inflatable tube, the second inflatable tube, the third inflatable tube, and the fourth inflatable tube.

Abstract: Organic fibers and inorganic fibers, used as materials, are mixed, thereby forming a web 18. Inter-fiber bonding is then performed on the web, forming a non-woven fabric web. The non-woven fabric web is cut, providing a web piece 18a shaped like a seat pad 30. The web piece is set in a metal mold and then compressed in the metal mold. Next, the metal mold is heated, thereby heating the organic fibers of the web piece, at surface, thereby welding the organic fibers together and molding a seat pad. The seat pad is covered with a trim cover, producing a cushion. The organic fibers are used in mixing ratio of 50% by weight or more, and the inorganic fibers are used in mixing ratio of 50% by weight or less. The organic fibers are made of simple high-molecular substance such as polyethylene fibers.

Abstract: A carrier is provided for carrying an infant, a baby, or a small animal. The carrier includes a pouch that is formed from a main bottom panel and side panels attached to the main bottom panel in which the infant, the baby, or the small animal may sit. The side panels form a resting notch which may be v-shaped at a top edge of at least one of the side panels. Two or more straps are attached to opposite side panels of the pouch and are formed to extend over a wearer's shoulders. The carrier further includes a sleeve disposed underneath the pouch and attached to the pouch. The sleeve allows the wearer's hand or arm to extend therethrough. When the wearer uses the sleeve, the wearer may provide added comfort and support to the infant, baby, or small animal being carried.

Abstract: A ramekin dispenser including a platform that may be attachable to a commercial kitchen refrigerator and a ramekin holder removably attachable to the platform. The platform may include a base that stops ramekins from falling out of the ramekin holder and that facilitates removal of one ramekin at a time from a dispensing slot. The platform may be removably or permanently attachable to the commercial kitchen refrigerator. The ramekin holder may be removably attachable to the platform via a keyhole and pin arrangement. The ramekin holder may have a cylindrical or some other shape, possibly with a slot on one side. The platform and the ramekin holder may be made of plastic, wood, metal, or any other suitable material. Also, similarly configured dispensers for other items.

Included in the display apparatus is an upper housing member having an upper surface and a socket disposed on the upper surface. The socket is configured for accommodating an insertion of the sample product for loosely supporting the sample product during display. A lower housing member is attached to the upper housing member, and has a tethering device configured for connecting the sample product to the display apparatus under the action of a windup reel. The upper housing member includes a mounting block configured for being removably mountable under the display shelf and attachable on and depending from a front edge of the display shelf, such that the sample product inserted into the socket is accessible by a customer.

Abstract: Disclosed is a system for holding and organizing articles that provides for easy addition of new holding elements to the system without the need to disturb existing system elements. The system includes holding “clips” that are deployable on the system “rail” by inserting a portion of the clip through a slot in the rail, at substantially any point along the length of the slot. The clip, upon being inserted into the rail, then lockingly engages the rail at substantially any point along the length of the slot.

Abstract: A jewelry storage device is provided having a back panel a pair of front panels. The back panel is secured to the front panels along an upper edge and along a pair of side edges. An upper opening and optional side openings are provided along the device such that a clothing hanger can be placed therethrough to support the device in a suspended state. The panels additionally include pouches therealong for holding jewelry articles therein. Jewelry hanger loops may also be provided to support hanging jewelry articles from the device. Finally, the pouches may be removably attached to the panels and tie straps may be provided along the front panels to secure to the panels to the clothing hanger when folding the device upwards and in half to reduce space.

Abstract: A system for displaying a product is disclosed. The system includes a wall having a recess therein and a display structure that defines the recess. The display structure extends through a front surface of the wall and includes a frame having a top panel, a bottom panel, and two side panels. The top and bottom panels are longer than the side panels. The system further includes a plurality of modular display units disposed within the display structure. Each modular display unit extends from the bottom panel to the top panel. At least a first one of the modular display units includes a frame open to a front exterior of the display structure and at least a second one of the modular display units is not open to the front exterior of the display structure. The system further includes a plurality of display elements disposed within the plurality of display units.

Abstract: The product is a blanket with a leg hole. The Leggie keeps people warm however someone can stick a leg out of an opening in the blanket to instantly help cool them down. A lot of people put a leg out of the blanket mid way through the night because they wake up and become hot, sticking one leg out seems to make the body a cooler temperature. The solution the leggie provides is that a person can fully remain under the blanket and all other body parts remain warm. When someone sticks their leg out using a traditional blanket their back is then uncovered, sometimes making them to cool. The Leggie fixes that. The person's leg is the only body part out with this blanket. The Leggie is designed for one person with a single hole opening and also duel hole openings for two people to share.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a steam cooker. More specifically, the disclosed steam cooker is an apparatus for cooking food within a chamber to a specific wet bulb temperature by creating steam within the chamber. Steam is created by heating water vapor provided to the chamber. Completion of cooking is indicated when steam exits the chamber via a vent.

A biasing member is configured to bias the filter plate towards the extended position for filtering a brewed tea mixture as the mixture is poured through the upper opening of the vessel.

Abstract: A technique for preparing baby formula includes containing an amount of powdered formula, premeasured to provide a single serving of baby formula, containing an amount of water, premeasured to provide at least a single serving of baby formula, heating the water, and dispensing both the premeasured formula and the water for providing a single serving into a bottle or other vessel when the water reaches a predetermined temperature.

Abstract: In an electric milling machine, when a milling operation is completed, a “milling prohibition timer” is set. With the timer being set, the electric milling machine does not perform a milling operation until countdown of the timer ends and the timer is cleared even though the electric milling machine is instructed to perform the milling operation. Even when supply of electric power from an external power supply to the electric milling machine is stopped, countdown of the timer is continued by using electric power supplied from an auxiliary power supply within the electric milling machine.

Abstract: A portable, collapsible secondary combustion biomass stove which maintains the environmental and efficiency benefits of a secondary-burn biomass stove while removing the need for the weight and volume of permanent insulation. The stove can be quickly and easily assembled or disassembled without the use of tools for storage and transport. The outer housing of the stove provides stability while shielding the user from the high temperatures of secondary combustion within the chimney and combustion chamber, and collapses for stove transport, insulation may be added to the stove using material indigenous to most campsites, whereby stove operating temperature and efficiency increases while toxic gas release and fuel consumption decrease.

A fuel container in the oven forces fuel through a capillary restriction to limit fuel flow. A spring in the container is released to start fuel flow.

Abstract: A curtain support assembly enables quick, one-handed installation and removal of a panel, such as a shower curtain, from a shower rod. The assembly includes a panel, a first mounting bracket, and a second mounting bracket. The first and second mounting brackets serve to join the panel to a rod. The configuration of the mounting brackets allows the panel to be pulled from, or attached to, the rod in a singular directional motion. Each mounting bracket has a gap that extends from a central opening to a corner of the mounting bracket. When the panel, and thus, the first and second mounting brackets, are folded in a coplanar disposition, the first and second gaps mirror each other. This gap orientation enables a singular directional manipulation of the panel for attachment and detachment to the rod. Additional pairs of mounting brackets extend across the panel as additional mounting points.

Movement of the actuator one actuation cycle dispenses a dose of soap, sanitizing or lotion. The pulse width modulation circuitry provides a plurality of voltage pulses to the motor to move the actuator one actuation cycle.

The method includes providing a light pulse to a location proximate a dispensing outlet from which said fluid will be dispensed, sensing a light received from that location, where the sensed light includes at least one of an ambient light or a reflection of said light pulse, generating a signal corresponding to the sensed light, generating a transistor-transistor logic (TTL) signal if the reflection of the light pulse is determined and pumping a fluid to the dispenser outlet in response to said TTL signal.

Abstract: A bodycare device such as a facial skincare device performs a skincare procedure on a subject, in a series of zones of the skin of the subject, with each zone receiving a different skincare routine. The device (1) has an interchangeable treatment head (3) to perform the skincare procedure. A controller (10) controls the treatment head to perform the skincare procedure. A sensor (14) detects an individual treatment head (3) when fitted to the device, by detecting and reading data from a tag (15) on the treatment head, which automatically selects the sequence of skincare routines to be performed by the device on the zones of the skin of the subject.

Abstract: A switch assembly for a wet/dry vacuum cleaner is disclosed. The switch assembly includes a switch movable by a user between an ON position and an OFF position. An automatic shutoff assembly is operable in conjunction with the switch assembly to turn the switch to the OFF position in the event that a level of liquid within a tank of the wet/dry vacuum cleaner rises above a predetermined level. When triggered, the automatic shutoff assembly exerts a biasing force urging the switch toward the OFF position. A user can manually override the automatic shutoff assembly by providing a force sufficient to overcome the biasing force.
