The air inlet is in communication with the air passage. The mouthpiece assembly further includes a blocking element on the base. The blocking element is capable of preventing air from flowing through. The blocking element defines at least one through hole. The mouthpiece is capable of driving the blocking element to rotate relative to the base, so that an area of at least one opening formed by the at least one through hole and the air inlet can be changed.

Different materials and cuts of materials attached to the bottom and/or top of the elastic band allow the cover-up garment to transform the bathing suit into a wide range of additional apparel types suitable for wearing at other locations outside of a beach or pool setting.
