Abstract: A multi-functional prayer barrier is an apparatus intended to provide a barrier to show the praying area of a muslim who has no natural barriers such as walls, pillars, people etc. Its purpose is to prevent somebody from passing the area between a muslim in prayer and the barrier. To accomplish this, the apparatus includes a deployable and collapsible tripod that is axially mounted to an extendable and retractable rod. Further, the device itself is very light, compact, and fits within a wallet.
