Abstract: A hair extension to be attached to a hair under attachment is provided. The hair extension comprises extending hair portion and a thread connected to the extending hair portion and configured to be tied to a hair under attachment, and a ring portion is formed between both ends of the thread for inserting the hair, tightening, and fixing to the inserted hair. An expensive equipment is not required for attaching and removing the hair extension, and there is no danger of skin trouble to the scalp or skin of the user or a service provider, and there is no hazard of burning by a hot iron to the user, and the hair extension service may be done within an hour; and it is quite easy to remove the hair extension, and the hair extension does not fall down from the hair easily.

Abstract: This invention relates to easy-to-use imperceptible hair volumizing accessory to increase hair volume. A hair volumizing accessory for increasing hair volume comprises: a hair roll comprising a tube, a hollow therein, and two openings on both ends thereof to be closed or enclosed; a filler for filling the hollow of the hair roll; a hair comb configured to be curved for fitting to the contour of a head of a wearer and attached to the hair roll by attachment means; and two end caps for enclosing the two openings of the hair roll. The advantages of the present invention are: (1) the hair volumizing accessory is easy-to-use and imperceptible; and (2) the hair volumizing accessory can be manufactured in various sizes and colors for serving the wearer's needs.

Abstract: A hairpiece is disclosed having a front portion and a back portion, the back portion being sewn with hair as in a conventional wig, and the front portion being stitched with stands of hair, such that it looks as if the hair strands are rooted in the front portion in single strands. Preferably, the front portion is made of polyurethane and is translucent to allow the natural skin color of the wearer to show through.

Abstract: A hair weaving apparatus and method for making and using same. The present invention comprises various embodiments for making a hair weave tract extension apparatus and a method of making and using said apparatus. Embodiments are described and shown herein for making and using a hair weave tract apparatus with attachment means comprising a crimped flexible band and, and with attachment means comprising a crimped flexible band with a single bladed comb. It is an object of this present invention to provide a hair weave tract extension that is easy to attach to the natural hair, is less damaging to the natural hair and remains more securely attached to the natural hair.

Abstract: Hair additions and their methods of construction are set forth. A hair addition according to one embodiment includes a plurality of hair strands having upper and lower ends, at least two threads coupling the upper ends together, and two layers of polyurethane sandwiching the hair strand upper ends and the at least two threads. The two layers of polyurethane form a strip, and at least one clip is coupled to the strip. It may be desirable for a diameter of the strip to be no more than 25%-50% greater than a diameter of the hair strands. A method of formation includes: aligning a plurality of hair strands; coupling an end of the hair strands together using thread; sandwiching the coupled end of hair strands and the thread between two layers of polyurethane; curing the two layers of polyurethane; and coupling at least one clip to the cured polyurethane.

Abstract: A hair extension system provides a skin weft of flexible material having hair like fibers uniformly displaced thereon. Micro rings are fixed to the skin weft and provide an anchoring feature for strands of human hair from a scalp to be secured thereto. The micro rings are deformable and include a flexible protectant so as to minimize damage to the strands of hair. The hair system may be reused by re-opening the micro rings and reinstalling the hair extension system to another location.

Abstract: An antibacterial artificial hair of the present invention includes an artificial hair and organic resin particles adhering to the artificial hair. The organic resin particles are powdered fine particles including an organic resin and an aluminum salt that is chemically bonded to the organic resin. An antibacterial coating agent for artificial hair of the present invention is used for an artificial hair and obtained by dispersing the organic resin particles in an aqueous medium. The presence of the organic resin particles including the aluminum salt not only provides the luster and texture similar to those of human hair, but also imparts the antibacterial properties.

Abstract: A disposable wig has a base 1 formed of an extremely thin sheet, hair segments 3 implanted onto the base and an adhesive layer 7 formed on the underside of the base. The thickness of the base is of the order of microns (?). The adhesive layer is uniformly formed on the entire underside of the base with such a thickness that there is a little unevenness with projected portions 9 and remaining portions. The projected portions engaging the root portions 5 of the implanted hair segments protruding from the underside of the base, and are raised toward the surface side of the base when the wig is fitted onto a human skin. When the wig is fitted onto scalp 13, the unevenness at the underside of the base is depressed and raised by the surface of the scalp so that, at the base surface, the projected portions engaging the root portions of the implanted hair segments are raised when compared with the remaining portions.

[Means for Solving Problems] There is provided a method of packing fiber for artificial hair, characterized by packing the artificial hair fibers in a packaging container at a filling density of no lesser than 0.1 kg/l and no more than 0.8 kg/l. Further in the packing method, the pressure of the packed artificial hair fibers applied to the top face of the packaging container is adjusted to no lesser than 0.1 kPa and no more than 8.0 kPa.

Abstract: A multi-style wig having a wig cap (1) with an interchangeable base section (3) and special extensions (18) which may be removably attached to the wig cap. Each extension is comprised of a clip (19) having hair (9) permanently attached thereto. The clip is preferably made of an elasticized fabric material that is folded around ribbons (4, 5, 11) of the cap. The clip has fasteners (7), which are preferably snaps (8), located on each end. To use, the extension is positioned at a desired location on the cap. Then, the clip is placed around the ribbon of the cap and the fastener is secured to attach the extension to the cap. A user may also alter the appearance of the wig by changing the interchangeable base section with a different base section having a different color, style and/or length of hair.

Abstract: A system for applying hair extensions to natural hair growing on the scalp of an individual comprises cylindrical tubes, a threading tool and a crimping tool. The cylindrical tube has a second end opening larger than a first end opening. The threading tool is used to feed scalp hair through the cylindrical tube. The hair extension is then inserted into the second end of the tube and the tube is crushed flat trapping the threaded scalp hair and hair extension within the crushed structure.

The wig netting is dimensioned slightly larger than the BMA layer to leave a slight overhanging part to facilitate removal from the skin by peeling back the overhanging part. A comb with peeler in the form of hooked portions can be used to peel back the wig netting. In another embodiment, an individual cosmetic hair assembly has a hair shaft attached to a substrate portion attached to a BMA layer, wherein the substrate's edges provide engagement surfaces to facilitate removal by peeling back the BMA layer. An applicator in the form of a thin water-soluble transfer sheet can hold a number of cosmetic hair assemblies until they are ready to be applied.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for attaching an artificial eyelash structure including a first tape, a second tape, and an artificial eyelash structure. The first tape may be a medical double-sided tape in which a first side is placed on an upper eyelid and a set of false eyelashes is placed on a second opposing side of tape. The combination of the first and the second tape, wherein the second tape typically is in a color. When in the color black the second tape gives the appearance of eyeliner while holding the artificial eyelash structure without the use of glue.

Abstract: Disclosed is a fiber for use as hair which has touch/shine like a hair, excellent curl-retaining property and flame retardancy. Also disclosed is a head-dressing product produced using the fiber. The fiber comprises (A) 90 to 10 parts by weight of polyester fiber and (B) 10 to 90 parts by weight of a reproduced collagen fiber containing an aluminum compound. Preferably, the aluminium compound is an aluminium salt and is contained in an amount of 8 to 20% by weight in terms of aluminium oxide. The polyester fiber may contain a flame retarder.

The decorative artificial eyelash hair (10) can be practiced as artificial eyelash single hair extensions (10a), or it can be practiced on the individual artificial eyelash hairs of an artificial eyelash set (10b).

The wig is manufactured by implanting hairs or groups of hairs in elongated strips which comprise the wig base.

The wig is manufactured by implanting hairs or groups of hairs in elongated strips which comprise the wig base. These elongated strips may be part of a monolithic structure in which they are connected together by bridges to form a cap or the hairs or groups of hairs may be supported on elongated members which are attached to strips by adhesive agents or by high-frequency heating or the like. The elongated members bearing the hair may also be attached to strips or lace belts by means of hooks.

Abstract: A hairpiece product includes a wig releasably attached to a hair accessory. The hair accessory can be a headband having an outer surface and an inner surface. A strip of hook fasteners can be attached to the inner surface of the headband, and a strip of loop fasteners can be attached to the exterior of the wig's support structure. The strip of loop fasteners can be sized for complementary engagement with the strip of hook fasteners attached to the headband. The strip of hook fasteners can be attached to the inner surface of the headband with an adhesive, and the strip of loop fasteners can be attached to the exterior surface of the upper segment with an adhesive.

Abstract: Eyelash extensions and a method for applying the same are described. The eyelash extensions comprise a first filament having both a proximal end and a distal portion with a distal end. Each of the proximal end and distal end are tapered and of a size such that the proximal end can be attached with a single eyelash. In some aspects, the filament can be branched to form a branched eyelash extension. The eyelash extensions come in multiple sizes, shapes, and colors to provide the user with increased aesthetics and comfort.

Abstract: A wig using hairnet is provided. An attaching member has an elastic attaching band to be worn on a head or discovered from the head and an auxiliary band, which connects the attaching band to the hairnet. Both ends of the attaching band are folded to form a loop and a tube is inserted to the folded portion. According to the wig of the present invention, inconvenience can be reduced because the wig can be kept on a head while an attaching band adheres around a head. The wig is very convenient to wear or discover because it can be easily kept on the head with the attaching band pulled. Also the wig can be prevented from getting loose because the front side of the wig adheres around the head when hair next to the loop is inserted into the loop and the end portion of the loop is pulled after the wig is worn.

One side of the adhesive layer (4) is bondable by chemical reaction to the inner side of the wig base (2) during gelation reaction of the adhesive solution applied to the inner side of the wig base (2), while the other side is bondable by pressure re-peelably to scalp. One side of the adhesive layer (4) has the hair fixing function to fix the needle foot portion of hair (3A) planted penetrating the inner side of the wig base (2). Since the wig (1) is made as double layer structure with a single adhesive layer (4), it is light-weighted, and since the adhesive layer (4) has re-peelability, it can be used repeatedly, resulting in low cost.
