A first welder welds ends the film wrapper together at one of the side faces of the stack. A fold-over device folding the film sections over onto the top face of the stack. A second welder welds the folded-over film sections together on the top face of the stack.

Abstract: An integrated container with a box and pallet is provided that is made entirely of corrugated materials, and is fully compatible with automated systems and methods for the safe collection, transfer, and treatment of infectious and hazardous waste. The integrated box and pallet made entirely of corrugated materials provides an improved high strength packaging solution that allows for safe transport of waste to a disposal location. The corrugated pallet and box are compatible with shredders and does not require metal fasteners. The corrugated pallet and box are completely recyclable, and may be made of a cardboard or of plastic. Separate waste collection containers may be collected and placed in the box of integrated container.

The container is provided with a continuous sheet of side panels secured into stepped engagement with itself to define an interior. Foldable support brackets are secured to the side panels to maintain the side panels at an angled orientation relative to the side panels of the container and to prevent distortion of the side panels by hydrostatic pressure toward a circular orientation. The support brackets define an opening in the top of the collapsible container through which a fill head may engage a top cap of a flexible liner provided within the collapsible container, to fill the liner with flowable material.

The upper end portion has a front row of tank receptive supports and a back row of tank receptive supports. A frame floor is spaced vertically below the tank receptive support. The frame has a peripheral fluid barrier that includes a front wall, a rear wall and side walls that form the fluid barrier around the floor, each side wall extending from the floor to a tank receptive support. First and second internal support members span from one side of the frame to the other side of the frame and each spaced between the front wall and the rear wall. Each tank receptive support includes horizontal beams that span from the front wall to the rear wall and supported by the internal support members vertical members that each connect with a horizontal beam. Inclined plates each connect to both a horizontal beam and a vertical member.

The initial inner circumference of an oversized continuous woven tubular support sleeve is adjustably sized to mattingly match the outer peripheral circumference of a bulk material container forming member which it is designed to support. One or more adjustment tails are formed from the continuous sleeve material to accurately reduce the initial inner sleeve circumference to an adjusted inner circumference. The sizing operation can be performed during initial manufacture of the sleeve or prior to assembly of the sleeve to the forming member.

A connection is employed for connecting the side panels with the base, the corner posts and the roof panel of the detachable container according to the present invention. Therefore, in the process of returning empty containers, each of the containers can be detached and form a whole piece, so as to reduce the space occupied. In addition, a modularized design may be employed for each component of the detachable container, so as to achieve universality of components of the container. Furthermore, this detachable container also has the advantages of convenient assembly, simple structure, etc.
