Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a spray head including a housing having a facetted front face with a plurality of intersecting surfaces. The spray head can include a nozzle in each one of the plurality of intersecting surfaces. The nozzle can be positioned within a first recess of the housing so that an outer end of the nozzle does not extend past an outer surface of the housing. The nozzle can generate and dispense a fog-like mist. The spray head can include a cover that substantially prevents an orifice of the nozzle from becoming blocked with debris. The cover can be installed within a second recess of the nozzle so that the cover is substantially flush with the outer surface of the housing.
Abstract: A shower head unit having at least one preferably rain like shower head, where the rain like shower head is connect to a support member for an overhead shower. The support member is adapted to be positioned between opposing walls of a bath tub, stall enclosure or outdoor shower having preferably a wall water pipe and a wall shower head attached to the wall water pipe. Abstract: A plasma processing system for plasma processing of substrates such as semiconductor wafers. Abstract: An injection head for the combustion chamber of a rock propulsion unit has a base area with a plurality of injection elements distributed on it. Propellant constituents can be injected from each outlet of the injection elements into the combustion chamber, generating hot gases by a mixing and combustion of the propellant constituents in the combustion chamber, which hot gas can be accelerated to a high velocity for generating thrust. Abstract: A showerhead for personal hygiene is provided that includes a spray face in fluid communication with a cavity by way of a plurality of nozzle apertures. The cavity receives water from a water supply. A spray selector controls fluid flow between the cavity and the nozzle apertures. A battery-electric motor or a kinetic energy storing spring is provided as a power supply for an actuator that provides mechanical communication between the power supply and the selector to move the selector and thereby alter the fluid spray pattern from the spray face. A user interface provides a user with selective control over movement of the actuator and the movement of the selector to sequentially provide multiple spray patterns from the spray face without intermediate manual intervention between the multiple spray patterns emitted from the spray face.

Abstract: The present invention generally relates to a gas distribution showerhead and a shadow frame for an apparatus. By extending the corners of the gas distribution showerhead the electrode area may be expanded relative to the anode and thus, uniform film properties may be obtained. Additionally, the expanded corners of the gas distribution showerhead may have gas passages extending therethrough. In one embodiment, hollow cathode cavities may be present on the bottom surface of the showerhead without permitting gas to pass therethrough. The shadow frame in the apparatus may also have its corner areas extended out to enlarge the anode in the corner areas of the substrate being processed and thus, may lead to deposition of a material on the substrate having substantially uniform properties.

Abstract: The injector device for injecting a liquid mono-propellant with a large degree of flow rate modulation and an injection speed that is stable, and that is closable for extinction and re-ignition purposes, is disposed at an upstream end of the wall of a combustion chamber of a rocket engine. The device includes at least one feed channel for feeding mono-propellant from a tank, and first and second concentric annular speed-up channels connected to the feed channels and having outlets opening out respectively via first and second annular injection sections situated in a plane that is substantially perpendicular to the axis of the chamber.
Abstract: A fuel injector has an orifice plate including a plurality of spray-discharge orifices, which orifice plate is situated downstream from a valve seat member having a fixed valve seat. An inflow opening, which is provided directly upstream from the spray-discharge orifices as incident-flow cavity, is designed in such a way that an incident flow to the spray-discharge orifices takes place largely at a right angle to the longitudinal extension of the spray-discharge orifices. The spray-discharge orifices are placed and oriented in such a way that at least one fuel spray in the form of a hollow cone lamella or full cone lamella is able to be spray-discharged, in which a radially outer region is made up of larger droplets than a radially inner region of the spray.

Abstract: The invention provides an improved miniature spray device (100) for providing uniform water distribution over a designated area surrounding the device (100). The spray device (100) comprises a spray plate (130) which is provided with a water dispersion surface (131) which is preferably cone shaped, a water outlet (120) for directing a stream of water from a pressurised source towards a central region of the spray plate (130), a support frame (150) for holding the spray plate (130) in spaced apart relation to and in alignment with the water outlet (120), wherein the water dispersion surface (131) is provided with flow deflection means (132, 133, 134) for changing the direction of flow of the water as it flows over the surface (131) to produce a substantially uniformly distributed spray pattern.

Abstract: A spraying head for bathing comprises an outer housing and an inner housing. In a center of a top edge of the outer housing is mounted a locking seat having plural water outlet openings and outer threads, and an engaging section mounted with a water-stop ring is formed on a lower end of the locking seat. The inner housing is mounted in the outer housing, and the inner housing is combined with a water outlet panel and is mounted with a locking assembly having inner threads and an abutting flange. The inner threads of the locking assembly are threaded with the outer threads of the locking seat in such a manner that the abutting flange is abutted against the water-stop ring, so as to form a sealing condition. And a bolt cooperates with a spacer and a nut enabling the water outlet panel to fix in the locking seat.
Abstract: The invention is directed at systems and methods which provide for effective cleaning and drying of vehicles of different shapes and sizes. The invention in one example includes a vehicle washing apparatus comprising a conveyor system to move a vehicle along a path, and a bridge assembly supported above a vehicle and moveable along the length thereof. At least one trolley assembly is operatively supported by the bridge assembly and is moveable in a direction generally transverse to the movement of the bridge assembly. At least one cleaning arm assembly for delivering cleaning fluid to or for brushing the surface of a vehicle is operatively supported by the at least one trolley assembly or bridge.
