Abstract: A novel clipboard clip comprises a bottom plate, torsion springs and a hook frame pivoted with the bottom plate through the torsion springs, wherein a clamping regulator is disposed between two end portions of the hook frame and includes a rotary shaft provided with a push block, a handle and an elastic member; the rotary shaft is fixedly connected with the hook frame which drives the rotary shaft to rotate; the handle is movably mounted on the bottom plate; the rotary shaft and the handle are adjacent to each other; both ends of the elastic member support the handle and the bottom plate respectively; in the process of opening the hook frame, the rotary shaft rotates and the push block pushes the handle until the push block is clamped below the handle.

Abstract: A clip device that allows for easy application of barber capes around a wearer with a reliable connection that facilitates adjustment for a suitable fit is provided. Such a device includes a spring-loaded lift structure that closes around a placed cape portion at any used length with grip means to prevent cape slippage during a haircut operation. The clip itself is configured with a flat back for suitable placement in alignment with the base cape portion and may be removed, if desired, for cleaning or other like actions. As well, the clip includes an extended front including the aforementioned lift structure further including a curved lip to facilitate the disengagement between clip and cape portion on demand, but with a form that is not susceptible to undesired detachment through accidental contact therewith. The clip alone, as well as an incorporating cape, are encompassed within this invention.

Abstract: A latching assembly for a graphic shelf display and a shelving unit incorporating the same. The display includes a support plate, a front panel, and a hinge securing them together so that the panel can pivot between an upright position and a flipped-down position. The latching assembly includes a spring clip on the panel and a latch member on the support plate. The spring clip is fixed at a first end to a spring clip housing on the panel and the second end thereof is free to pivot in a first direction to engage the latch member and in a second direction to disengage therefrom. A detent extending outwardly from the spring clip is received in aligned slots in the housing and latch member when the latching assembly is engaged. A graphics card is retained in a channel on the outer surface of the panel.

The shelter is assembled from planar panels of which at least one (6) has the shape of an equilateral triangle and at least another one (7) has a square shape. The shelter system also includes coupler means (4, 5) for connecting the modular panels (6, 7, 8) with each other.

Abstract: An adjustable hose clip is provided for use with a pool cleaner debris bag, including a first member having a retaining arm and a second member having a retaining arm. The hose clip also includes means for connecting the hose clip to a pool cleaner debris bag and resilient means for resiliently biasing the retaining arms towards each other such that at least a portion of a pool hose can be retained between the retaining arms. In one example, the resilient means is adapted to automatically adjust the distance between the retaining arms to accommodate various pool hoses having various diameters within the range of a minimum diameter to a maximum diameter at least 50% larger than the minimum diameter. In addition or alternatively, an arrangement for cleaning a swimming pool can include an automatic pool cleaner, a debris bag, a hose and an adjustable hose clip.

The body of the base has slots or sockets that receive complimentary legs or prongs extending from the underside of the top piece to enable pivotable attachment of the two members together. Alternatively the legs could extend from the base into sockets in the top member.
