Abstract: A cover for posts, bollards, and the like, includes an integral or attached cigarette receptacle. A sleeve for covering a post includes an open bottom, a closed top, and an outer sidewall, and a cigarette receptacle attached to the sidewall of the sleeve. The sleeve is preferably cylindrical. Abstract: A pivoting retainer that may be used by itself or in a plurality of applications may include a tab and a housing, the tab including a shaft configured to be received in a channel within the housing. A coupling device may be at an end of the shaft such as an expanding mushroom-type connection or a locking nut with a compression spring. The retainer may include a plurality of male detents and a second plurality of female detents to index the tab in a plurality of angular configurations about the housing. In one embodiment, the tab may include a plurality of flexing fins to provide a springing action to hold the male detents within respective female detents. Exemplary uses for pivoting retainer may include at the end of one or more arms of a cord-wrapping apparatus and at the end of one or more shelves or hooks for holding objects.
Abstract: A support locator includes at least one body portion and at least one support portion, wherein the support portion is configured for engaging and retaining at least one strut member which holds a banner taught, and wherein the body portion is releasably connectable to a corner forming portion of a sheet of material forming the banner on the non-printed side of the banner, wherein the support portion projects substantially orthogonally out from a substantially planar body portion and wherein the plane of the body portion is parallel to that of the sheet material.

Abstract: In an automotive headlamp, a light-emitting module is configured such that a light-emitting element and a control circuit unit for controlling the lighting of the light-emitting element are structured integrally with each other. A control circuit unit in a position anterior to the light-emitting element in a lamp unit is located below a shade section so that the control circuit unit can be clear of the path of light used to form a low beam light distribution pattern of the light emitted by the light-emitting element. In this setting, the light-emitting element is so located that a main optical axis Ax2 is perpendicular respect to an optical axis Ax1 of the lamp unit and that a light-emitting portion of the light-emitting element protrudes higher than the control circuit unit in the direction of the main optical axis Ax2.
