Abstract: A safety feature for a spindle swivel has a cylindrical portion that fits inside a spindle receiver. The spindle swivel and spindle receiver have a wavy interface between them that ensures at least one preferred azimuthal orientation between them when they are forced together. A twist lock collar is pivotally attached to the spindle receiver, and may be rotated by a user around a central axis, against the action of a torsion spring, from a locked position to an unlocked position. In the locked position, various ramps inside the twist lock collar force respective steel balls radially inward through respective holes in the spindle receiver to engage respective notches in the cylindrical portion of the spindle swivel. In the unlocked position, the ramps decrease the radial inward force on the steel balls, disengaging them from the notches, and the spindle swivel may be separated from the spindle receiver by the user. The safety feature unlocks only some of the balls from their recesses.

Abstract: An assembly includes a light source holding component sized and arranged to securely receive a source of light. The light source holding component may include a displaceable protective device that functions to generally protect against an accidental touching of electrical terminals of the light source holding component. An accessory mounting feature may also be provided to the light source holding component, The accessory mounting feature is adapted to cooperate with an accessory to provide a seal against a surface to which the light source holding component is attached. The light source holding component may have wire ports that are formed within an overall general outer diameter of the light source holding component. By way of example, the wire ports may include wire contacts having wires pre-attached thereto or the wire ports may include electrical connectors of the push-in type for receiving and thereupon holding wires inserted therein.

Abstract: A suspension apparatus includes a casing, a fixing member received in the casing, and a hanging portion extending from a first end of the casing. The fixing member includes two latches. First ends of the latches are rotatably connected to each other. Each latch includes a tab extending from a second end of the latch and extending through a second end of the casing, and an operation portion extending from the latch and extending through one of opposite sides of the casing. The latches to rotate relative to each other to drive the tabs of the latches closer or farther apart.

Abstract: A system and apparatus are disclosed including PV modules having a frame allowing quick and easy assembling of the PV modules into a PV array in a sturdy and durable manner. In examples of the present technology, the PV modules may have a grooved frame where the groove is provided at an angle with respect to a planar surface of the modules. Various couplings may engage within the groove to assemble the PV modules into the PV array with a pivot-fit connection. Further examples of the present technology operate with PV modules having frames without grooves, or with PV modules where the frame is omitted altogether.

Abstract: A system and method for stabilizing vertically stacked sheet material is disclosed. The sheet material may be construction wallboard. The system includes a bracket and an elongate flexible link element. The method includes attaching the bracket to the sheet material, attaching the flexible link element to a support structure such as vertical stud framing member, and attaching the flexible link element to the bracket to stabilize the vertically stacked sheet material.

Abstract: The present document describes a fastening strip for fastening a plurality of siding panels to a surface. The strip is installed on the surface perpendicularly to the length of the panels. The strip has a plurality of braces regularly spaced along the strip and extending outwardly therefrom. Each one of the siding panels fits between two consecutive braces which each have a flexible portion and an engaging portion. The flexible portion for engaging the first edge of one of the siding panels and the engaging portion for engaging the second edge of one of the siding panels thereby fastening the one of the siding panels to the surface in between two braces.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a hands-free system for attaching and securing a handheld device to a desired object. In particular, the present invention relates to a system having an attachment means whereby a personal electronic device is attached to an object. Additionally, a hands-free system is disclosed including a swivel whereby an orientation of the personal electronic device may be set and retained relative to an object attached thereto. The invention further includes systems and methods for attaching a personal electronic device to a steering wheel of a car.

The apparatus includes a first member having a first surface and a second surface, a first side member extending orthogonally from the first surface of the first member, a second side member extending orthogonally from the first surface of the first member in a spaced apart relation to the first side member to define a U-shaped structure, wherein each of the first side member and the second side member include an aperture formed therein along a longitudinal axis of the U-shaped structure, a lifting lug coupled to the second surface of the first member in a transverse axis of the U-shaped structure, and a plurality of set screws disposed through the first member on opposing sides of the lifting lug.

The zip-tie surroundingly engages the ledge and the first temple member to secure the hanger to the eyeglasses. The temple hanger assembly can also include a security device support section and a security device installed therein. The security device can be a radio frequency identification (RFID) tag or electronic article surveillance (EAS) tag.

Abstract: A medical device mounting system is disclosed for connecting a medical device suite to ceiling support structure. The system includes a plurality of portions connected to form a box beam structure that has high strength and high rigidity to withstand substantial bending loads associated with heavy medical device suites. The system includes a structure connection portion for engaging ceiling structure, a central mounting panel portion, and a base plate portion for engaging the medical device suite at or above the ceiling panel level. The mounting panel portion includes multiple mounting panels formed into a box beam shape. The base plate portion forms an egg-crate structure. The structure connection portion includes a plurality of tubular members that connect to longitudinal members of the mounting panel portion, and a plurality of plate portions that facilitate fixation of the assembly to ceiling structure. It can function as an integral part of the device that closely fits over the top of the device, to provide a support for a hand-held tool associated with the device, e.g., a bipolar probe with widely spaced electrodes. The holder, which may be constructed to be of one piece, is configured to be easily removed from the device to facilitate cleaning of the holder and/or to facilitate packing of the stimulator unit (or other device) for shipping purposes, e.g., in case of device repairs, etc. In other embodiments, the holder may associate a tray or box for storing a variety of items with a host device on which the holder is mounted.

Abstract: A system and method for releasably coupling a fluid dispenser to a structure. There is a push to connect-pull to disconnect connector system that has first and second mating connectors. A first connector is mounted to the dispenser and a second connector is mounted to the structure. The connector system accomplishes both mechanical and electrical interconnection between the dispenser and the structure.

The safety bottom bracket includes a frame, a cable attachment member coupled to the frame for attaching a cable to the bracket, and a slot in the frame for securing the bracket to the sectional door via a fastener passing through the slot. The slot has a tool-accessible portion, and a tool-inaccessible portion defined by one or more protrusions extending from or near the edges of the tool-inaccessible portion of the slot. When the bracket is connected to the cable under tension, the bracket is biased to a tensioned position where the fastener is located in the tool-inaccessible portion of the slot. When the bracket is not under tension or when the bracket is not connected to the cable, the bracket is movable to an untensioned position where the fastener is located in the tool-accessible portion of the slot.

Abstract: A balloon holder includes a stem for locking a balloon tail in place. The stem includes an inner channel for receiving the balloon tail. The inner channel is located between side walls of the stem, and pairs of locking fingers extend from the side walls into the inner channel. The application of a deforming force to the locking fingers causes the locking fingers to bend, thereby allowing the balloon tail to enter the inner channel. When the deforming force is removed the locking fingers return to a substantially planar state, thereby locking the balloon tail in place within the inner channel.

Abstract: A utility panel for a dispenser that is mounted to a support structure by a backplate includes opposed lateral legs that extend from a main section to form a receiving channel therebetween. The main section is configured to display any desired physical indicia, such as advertising messages, for viewing by the user of the dispenser, while the lateral sections include retention tabs that are received within guide channels formed between the backplate and the support structure. As the utility panel is attached to the dispenser, the blackplate is received within the receiving channel of the utility panel until the retention tabs are snap-fit into corresponding lock channels provided by the backplate of the dispenser. As such, the utility panel is easily retrofit to a previously-installed dispenser without the use of tools.

In addition, the rotary hanging tag has an integral structure to lower production cost.
