The enhanced material-processing device has a central opening that is entered concentrically in the processing tool for receiving a clutch mechanism, and a hub structure. The hub structure is associated with the clutch mechanism to form a slip clutch that is integrally mounted in the enhanced material-processing device and is operative by application of an axial compression friction fit on the processing tool, which slips relative to the rotating spindle when a threshold torque limit is reached. The clutch mechanism is preloaded in axial compression through a predetermined elastic strain distance to provide a friction fit having a torque limit threshold, which torque limit of the slip clutch is controllably pre-adjustable.

Abstract: A transmission device for transmitting a force and a torque between a handling device and a tool of a medical instrument includes transmission members interconnected in a hinged manner. A convex coupling portion of a first transmission member is in each case held interlockingly in a concave coupling portion of an adjacent second transmission member in such a way that a rotation of the first transmission member about its longitudinal axis causes a rotation of the second transmission member about its longitudinal axis. A convex coupling portion of a first transmission member is in each case held interlockingly in a concave coupling portion of an adjacent second transmission member in such a way that a tensile force can be transmitted between the first transmission member and the second transmission member.

Abstract: The invention proposes a shading arrangement having a first look-through region and a second look-through region, having a first shading unit for the first look-through region and a second shading unit for the second look-through region, wherein the two shading units include one shading element, respectively, on which a drive means either directly or indirectly acts on both sides, respectively at a lateral guide rail in relation to a vertical longitudinal center plane of the roof. On both sides, in relation to the vertical longitudinal center plane of the roof, one coupling tube is arranged, respectively, said coupling tube connecting the guide rails of the two shading units to one another, which are respectively arranged on one side of the vertical longitudinal center plane, and guiding the drive means of the second shading unit, which is driven by the drive means of the first shading unit.

Abstract: A cover for a portable fluid dispenser is disclosed. The cover comprises a flip lid component operable to rotate open to provide access to a liquid storage cavity of the portable fluid dispenser. It also comprises a lever operatively coupled to the flip lid component, wherein the lever comprises a press member on one end and an actuation arm on a far end of the lever opposite from the press member. A downward force applied to the press member causes the lever to rotate around a first pivot point. Further, the rotation of the lever around the first pivot point causes the actuation arm to push on the flip lid component at an actuation point, wherein the flip lid component pivots around a second pivot point and rotates open in response to a resulting force applied at the actuation point.

Abstract: According to an embodiment, a device for tightening an article includes a housing having an interior region and a spool positioned within the interior region and rotatable relative thereto. A tightening mechanism is operably coupled with the spool to cause the spool to rotate within the interior region of the housing. A tension member is coupled with the spool and is configured to be tensioned upon rotation of the spool via the tightening mechanism. The device also includes a tension limiting mechanism that allows the tension member to be tensioned via the tightening mechanism until a tension threshold is achieved. After the tension threshold is achieved, further operation of the tightening mechanism does not substantially tension the tension member due to the tension limiting mechanism.
