  • Patent number: 8624454
Abstract: A coil wound body may include a coil bobbin around which a coil wire is wound. The coil bobbin may include a wound part around which the coil wire is wound, a terminal block part, a circuit board receiving face which is provided on the terminal block part and on which a wiring circuit board is disposed, and pin-shaped terminals. The coil bobbin is provided with a coil wire leading-out path reaching to root portions of the pin-shaped terminals from the wound part through an inner side of the circuit board receiving face. The coil wire are led out to the pin-shaped terminals by passing through the coil wire leading-out path without passing through a position overlapping with the outer side of the circuit board receiving face. The coil wound body is preferably applied to a motor.

  • Patent number: 8035264
Abstract: The invention provides a motor including a terminal block that is insert molded into a core, so as to increase the strength to support the terminal block. A stator has paired inner cores configured by two inner cores facing back to back and each having a disk part and pole teeth. Each of the disk parts is provided with a terminal block holding part. The terminal block is connected with the terminal block holding parts via a resin connection part that is insert molded. The terminal block holding parts are provided with recesses configured by cutouts in portions to face the terminal block, respectively. The resin connection part has a thickness increased by filling the recesses so as to increase the strength at a connection portion thereof. The cutouts in the terminal block holding parts facing back to back are offset with respect to a radial line, terminal block facing ends are generally spaced apart from the terminal block by a constant distance. Therefore, the terminal block is prevented from being unstable.

  • Patent number: 7880359
Abstract: A coil member such as a coil bobbin may include a cylindrical drum part around which a coil is to be wound in a circular shape. The cylindrical drum part is formed by two molding dies and a flat face part is formed on an outer peripheral face of the cylindrical drum part so that a space part is formed between an innermost circumferential face of the coil to be wound and the flat face part. The flat face part is formed so that the two molding dies are separated without pressing the outer peripheral face of the cylindrical drum part, and a joining part on the drum part which is formed by the two molding dies is located on the flat face part. The coil member may be only a coil bobbin, a coil bobbin with a terminal part, or a coil bobbin which is integrated with a stator core.
