After using a material having a high elastic restoring force as a substrate and determining regions where touch electrodes are formed by defining grooves thereon, touch electrodes are formed by filling the grooves with nanowires. Accordingly, it is possible to maintain elastic restoring force of the substrate and electrical connection between wires of nanowires, so that the touch electrode neither breaks nor factures despite being stretched any direction, and reliable stretchable touchscreens can be provided due to no resistance increase.
