The fastener includes a body, the body includes a top portion and a bottom portion opposite to each other. A fastening hole is formed on the top portion along an axial direction. Multiple claws are extended from the bottom portion. The clamping member includes a clamping base, a pin, a resilient element, and a push plate driven by the resilient element to move on the clamping base. One end of the pin protrudes from the clamping base to be inserted into the fastening hole. The connection band is bendable. One end of the connection band is connected to the fastener, and the other end of the connection band is connected to the clamping member. The fastening device can fasten stacked expansion cards to a circuit board.
