Abstract: A restroom monitoring system for monitoring attributes of fixtures within a restroom using sensors. Additional attributes are determined from the monitored attributes. Consumable usage levels are estimated based on predetermined consumption levels associated with usage states of the fixtures. The restroom monitoring system provides an indication of the need for replenishment of consumables based on the monitored attributes of the fixtures. In addition, restroom monitoring system may provide additional information regarding the restroom attributes to a service provider, a manager or a user.

Abstract: Providing: a molding material for a household plumbing equipment which has superior surface hardness as well as superior water resistance for use in the household plumbing equipment inherent from a polymethyl methacrylate resin, and yet has improved solvent resistance; and a household plumbing equipment fabricated using the molding material. The molding material for a household plumbing equipment is characterized by containing a thermoplastic resin comprising the polymethyl methacrylate resin and a polytrimethylene terephthalate resin in a mass ratio of 90:10-50:50.

Abstract: An improved miniature portable child's training toilet comprises a first chamber with a toilet seat opening, a second chamber connected thereto, and a flap member at a connection point. A miniaturized tank portion with valve means and means of selectively causing the valve to open, allows fluid from the tank to move under gravity to the first chamber and continue into the second chamber, flushing material into the second chamber of the toilet. A means of separating the first and second chambers of the toilet for emptying the second chamber after flushing comprises a gasket for sealing the junction of the chambers. An electronic sound and light producing means plays congratulatory sounds and causes the toilet to illuminate when flushed. An alternate embodiment further comprises an “S” bend connecting the chambers, forming a water trap, and causing siphon action when the toilet is flushed.

A toilet includes a toilet bowl, a tank storing a quantity of water, and a flushing device controlling a flow of the quantity of water from the tank to the toilet bowl. A toilet utensil holding structure is located within the tank, wherein the toilet utensil holding structure positioned to hold at least one toilet utensil. A tank cover is positioned over an opening in the tank. The tank cover has at least two cover portions independently movable to one another, wherein at least one of the two cover portions controls access to the at least one toilet utensil.

Accordingly, there is effectively or actually no risk of any contaminated or infected liquid or “miasma” water droplets exiting the cistern.

Control of auger rotation works to maximize the biodegradation of human toilet waste through physical breakdown of organic matter, through stimulation of evaporation of the aqueous fraction, and through supporting a benign microflora to effect biodegradation. This discontinuous helical auger enables maintenance of a flat horizontal upper planar surface of the sawdust mass while maximizing aeration of the sawdust mass. The angle of the helical blade and discontinuities therein work to draw the organic matter very gradually toward the opposite end of the biotoilet from the toilet hole, maximizing dewatering and aerobic breakdown.

Subsequently, and while also in a green state, the cast rim is assembled with the shell and engine assembly and the entire shell, engine and rim assembly is fired to form a single integral piece of sanitaryware.

The inlet is adapted to be connected to a water source to allow water to flow into the water tank so as to move the first piston upward inside the hollow cylinder. The outlet selectively communicates with the trap of the toilet bowl. The first opening communicates with the suction space and the room of the toilet bowl. In addition, there is a device to accelerate downward movement of the first piston. Thus, the waste in the trap of the toilet bowl is sucked into the room and disposed from the second waste pipe.

Abstract: A system capable of generating foam in a sanitary appliance includes a dosing device previously filled with a foaming substance, the dosing device metering a dosage of the substance, an agitation mechanism to agitate the substance to create foam, a receptacle to retain the substance for communication with the agitation mechanism, a fluid supply to allow fluid transport of the substance to the receptacle, and a trigger for activating the fluid supply. A dosing device of this system is further provided, including a container filled with a foaming substance, a positioner to position and house the container, the positioner further including a pin capable of creating a bottom aperture of the container, a fluid supply, wherein the outlet of the fluid supply is directed at the aperture on the bottom end of the container. A container is also provided that can be used in the dosing device.

A sliding cover mounted on hidden tracks covers the toilet in a closed position. A pair of drawers are provided in the frame and may each be used when the cover is in the closed position. In operation, the cover may be slid to one side so that the toilet may be used. Automatic operation may be provided by sensing the presence of a user to open the cover and maintain the cover open while the user is present. The user's departure may be detected so that the cover may be automatically closed and the toilet flushing operation may be automatically actuated.

Further operation of the pump is inhibited for a given interval to avoid overheating when the pump has been operating too frequently. Furthermore, treated by the treatment apparatus of the present invention, the microorganisms and the organic materials are combined and converted into stable loosen soil and the organic components.

Abstract: The current invention relates to an environmentally friendly and inexpensive way to dispose of solid animal waste that is installed in conjunction with a household sanitary sewer. The system includes a basin covered with a lid that is installed near a building's sewer cleanout. A wye filling is added to the cleanout so that waste that is deposited into the basin is washed into the household sanitary sewer by pouring a bucket of water in the basin after the waste is deposited to carry it into the household sanitary sewer. The invention provides a solution to the need for the safe and clean disposal of dog solid waste without the need for any sort of scoopers, diapers or bagging devices.
