The guide support structure also has a tapered leg.

Abstract: A single-piece flush valve assembly for increasing the flush rate out of a discharge hole in a tank. The kit has an upper portion with an upper cylindrical wall defining an upper bore and a lower portion with a lower cylindrical wall defining a lower bore. The lower bore is smaller than the upper bore. The upper portion defines an inlet and the lower portion defines an outlet. The upper and lower bores are fluidly connected and collectively define a discharge conduit that extends from the inlet to the outlet. The lower portion is inserted into a discharge hole of like or substantially similar diameter. A flapper is swingable relative to the valve assembly from a closed position abutting the inlet to an open position raised from the inlet. The upper bore of greater relative diameter to the lower bore increases the rate of flow out the discharge hole.

Abstract: A system for controlling the duration and volume of a flow of water in a flush of a Toilet, which includes a buoyant flush valve which is non-automated in user actuation thereof to a raised open position. The system includes a converting element, for converting the buoyant flush valve to a non-buoyant flush valve which is non-automated in user actuation thereof to a raised open position. A programming element enables programming of a controlling time, for controlling the duration and volume of flow of water in a flush of a toilet. A controlling element is connected to the programming element and the non-buoyant flush valve, for retaining the non-buoyant flush valve in a raised open position upon non-automated user actuation thereof to the raised open position, and for releasing the non-buoyant flush valve from the raised open position for closing the non-buoyant flush valve, within the controlling time.

Abstract: A multifunctional toilet comprises a water storage device having a guide rail, a toilet seat and an arm assembly. The water storage device is provided with a water tank having a water inlet and a water outlet. At the water inlet is provided an inlet valve having a float ball, and at the water outlet is provided an outlet valve. The opening and closing of the inlet valve is controlled by a controller. The opening and closing of the outlet valve is controlled by a rope. When the water tank moves to its lowest position, the controller will close the inlet valve, and the rope will open the outlet valve. At the water outlet outside the water tank is provided an expansion discharge pipe. Such a multifunctional toilet is simple in structure and has the advantage of automatically flushing the toilet without the use of electricity.

Abstract: A canister type flush valve has an upright cup-shaped hollow float working under buoyancy forces without a captured air volume that controls the valve during a flush cycle. Hooded bleed openings at a bottom wall of the float can be sized and numbered to selectively control the closuring timing of the valve. Baffles of the hood bleed openings redirect water bleeding into the float to prevent the water from spraying up against the top of the tank. The geometry of a seal retaining groove is designed to reduce leakage at the float/seal interface. For example, the groove has an annular wall with a compound profile forming a non-cylindrical, preferably serpentine, seal contact area. The seal is backed by a slotted flange located just above the retaining groove.

The tank (3) has a direct connection (1) to water supply at the bottom, an outlet at the bottom of the tank (3) with an external ball valve used as a flushing valve (10). When the valve (10) is opened the water is ejected at high speed to clear the bowl. It could be mixed with fresh air to form a mist flow. The mist streams clear the bowl. Fresh air could be substituted by the air from the trap (25) to create vacuum after the trap (25) to facilitate the clearing of the bowl.

Abstract: The present invention is related to toilet device. Specifically, the present invention is related to a gravity fed toilet device of mega low water consumption, since it only consumes one gallon per flush (gpf) or 3.8 liters per flush (lpf), which is highly desirable for users. Conventional gravity fed toilets require a water consumption above 1.03 gpf/3.85 lpf for them to be efficient, or they require special accessories to improve their efficiency. The present invention significantly overcomes this high water consumption by providing a mega lower water consumption toilet device (i.e., 1 gpf/3.8 lpf), which operates by means of a conventional gravity system, without needing any accessory or special fittings elements, and with performance results equivalent or superior to those required for the highest standards and the regulation of world market.

Abstract: A flush valve assembly structure of a water tank is provided, and includes a valve seat, a guide rod, and a canister flush valve. The canister flush valve seals a flow path from an internal of the water tank to a toilet bowl, and may be lifted up to be separated from the valve seat to form a valve port. A water passage part is mounted on the canister flush valve, and a water passage post is disposed on the water passage part. A water inlet is disposed on the water passage post, which may be appropriately blocked by a block wall correspondingly disposed on the bottom wall. Meanwhile, a position of the water passage post may be adjusted to change a degree that the water inlet is blocked, so as to change a flow volume of flush water entering the canister flush valve from the water inlet.

  • Patent number: 7676858
Abstract: A flush valve for a toilet has a valve body with a flow passage that narrows non-linearly down from the valve seat. The flow passage is formed by a surface that follows a polynomial expression so as to define a computationally derived flow profile that more closely follows the narrowing exhibited by falling water as it accelerates under gravity. The non-linear flow profile of the valve reduces the presence of air in the valve after a flush cycle is initiated so that greater flush efficiency can be achieved. The flush valve can also have a wide mouth overflow that narrows to improve flow in an overflow situation.
