Abstract: To provide a movable body feeding apparatus at a low cost by reducing a number of parts and making manufacturing process such as a molding, an assembling or the like simpler, the apparatus employs a tubular body (8) obtained by integrally forming a thread tube (8a), a ratchet gear (8e) in a side of a main body tube (1) and an elastic body (8b), instead of the conventional structure that a pair of ratchet gears are arranged between an engaging mechanism in a side of a main body tube and a compression coil spring, in which it is necessary to separate the engaging mechanism side and the compression coil spring side, and three parts (a plurality of parts) are required.
