The applicator tip comprises a material having a Shore A hardness of from about 15 to about 80 and has a dispensing orifice in fluid communication with the container. The dispensing orifice has a minimum diameter of at least about 0.5 mm, preferably at least about 1 mm. The oral care product further comprises an oral care composition contained within the container of the package, wherein the oral care composition comprises an oral care active and has a cone penetration value of from about 10 to about 500, preferably from about 100 to about 300.

Abstract: A cartridge-type content extrusion container includes a cartridge containing a material and forming an opening, a main body tube to removably accommodate the cartridge, a screw tube inside the main body tube, a moving body that is screwed into the screw tube to move in an axial direction of the main body tube via a rotation of the moving body relative to the screw tube, so as to urge the material toward the opening of the cartridge, and a screw locking member. The screw tube has an elastic portion that is accommodated in the screw locking member. Continued advancement collapses the capsule forcing the contents to be released through an opening in the head to the brush elements so as to dispense the single dose. The instrument also may contain a storage compartment for storing multiple capsules.

Abstract: A personal care implement with a fluid dispensing system includes a fluid applicator, a fluid dispensing assembly including main and overflow reservoirs, and a capillary member in fluid communication with the reservoirs and the applicator for dispensing personal care fluid stored in the reservoirs via capillary action. An air venting system in one arrangement allows ambient air to be drawn into the main reservoir through the overflow reservoir for alleviating vacuum formed in the main reservoir by the capillary action fluid dispensing process. The venting system may include an external vent to atmosphere from the overflow reservoir and an internal vent between the reservoirs. In the event air trapped within the main reservoir expands due to changes in altitude or temperature, fluid in the main reservoir is expelled into the overflow reservoir via the internal vent. In one implementation, the personal care implement may be an oral care implement.

The storage bag receives paste, and is received in the second receiving groove and partially extends into the first receiving groove to communicate with the through hole. The pushing element squeezes the storage bag to make the paste flow into gaps between the brush bristles.

Abstract: A hand-held portable electric or manual toothbrush that is capable of delivering and removing fluid while the toothbrush is being used. A fluid delivery tube delivers fluid from a clean fluid repository to the head of the toothbrush. A fluid removal tube removes used fluid from the user's mouth. The clean fluid is delivered via a pump positioned within a cavity of the toothbrush. The used fluid is removed via a vacuum positioned within the cavity of the toothbrush. This invention enables everyone, including the young, elderly, busy, healthy, sick, disabled, handicapped, and immobile, to brush anytime and anywhere. As a result, this invention would greatly improve the oral health of the general population.

The fluid distribution members prevent paint flow when in an unflexed state and allow flow onto the bristles only when flexed.

Spray head fittings are provided with male and female threads and other forms of attachment to spray heads. The upper valve and the lower valve being selectively guidable along the shaped path between an upward position for the dispenser to deliver the product and a downward position to store the dispenser.
