Abstract: The disclosure relates to systems and methods of facilitating the coordination of benefits for a plurality of health plans that individually have at least some responsibility to pay for healthcare services received by members covered by more than one health plan. The coordination of benefits may be facilitated before payments are made, streamlining the payment process. The system may correlate health plan information received from various health plans and determine that a particular member is covered by more than one health plan based on the correlated health plan information. The system may generate, update, and provide a COB registry that includes coverage information related to other health plans that cover the particular member. The COB registry may include primacy information used to identify health plans having primary, secondary, and/or other responsibility to pay for a given healthcare service for a member covered by the identified health plans.

Abstract: Various systems and methods are provided for accessing and traversing one or more complex data structures and generating a functional user interface that can enable non-technical users to quickly and dynamically generate detailed reports (including tables, charts, and/or the like) of complex data including time varying attributes and time-series data. The user interfaces are interactive such that a user may make selections, provide inputs, and/or manipulate outputs. In response to various user inputs, the system automatically calculates applicable time intervals, accesses and traverses complex data structures (including, for example, a mathematical graph having nodes and edges), calculates complex data based on the traversals and the calculated time intervals, displays the calculated complex data to the user, and/or enters the calculated complex data into the tables, charts, and/or the like. The user interfaces may be automatically updated based on a context selected by the user.

Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for providing dynamic and interactive content in an online chat session. When it is determined that an online chat session is established between two devices, an interactive chat engine may begin monitoring chat messages exchanged between the devices to derive a context for the online chat session. A particular workflow from multiple workflows may be selected and initiated for the online chat session based on the derived context. The interactive chat engine may generate a chat object for presenting dynamic and interactive content to the user related to the workflow within the online chat session. The chat object may be inserted into the chat flow of the online chat session. Once inserted the chat object may generate and subsequently modify presentations for the devices participating in the online chat session.

Abstract: In processing a transaction, a data storage system of a processing system stores and updates a progression created for the transaction that represents a timeline of events that occurred related to the transaction. A progression for a transaction that is processed across multiple processing systems is organized as a chronological chain of segments. Each segment in the progression includes records for events processed by a given processing system prior to the transaction reaching an intermediate state or a terminal state. When the transaction reaches a terminal state, the segmented progression includes records associated with all of the events that occurred in relation to the transaction across multiple processing systems. A segment in the progression is cryptographically linked to a previous segment in the progression using a linking object that includes a transaction signature of the last record stored in the previous segment.

Abstract: A user account evaluation system is disclosed for evaluating risk associated with a user account. The system may obtain user account data associated with many user accounts, select a statistically significant subset of the user accounts, and then process (e.g., to determine types of the user accounts, etc.) and analyze the subset of user accounts to generate a plurality of evaluation models. When a new user account is accessed by the system, user account data may be obtained for the new user account, and the new user account may be evaluated based on the plurality of evaluation models. Accordingly, a plurality of evaluation parameter scores may be generated for the new user account, each of which may indicate an amount of risk associated with the user account. Some embodiments of the present disclosure may include machine learning and/or artificial intelligence methods to improve evaluation of the user accounts.

In some embodiments, different criteria can be used for matching information from different cloud services to the user record.

Abstract: Service management incident data stored in a normalized format on a database is accessed from a hosted client instance responsive a REST API call by a client application on a mobile device in an online database session in an online mode between the hosted client instance and the client application. Responsive to an indication of the client application operating in offline mode, a batch request is executed on the database to generate a payload corresponding to a subset of the data, the payload having a denormalized format that is optimized for transmission to the mobile device and caching onto a local database on the mobile device for access in offline mode. Data from the cached subset of data stored on the local database is accessible by the mobile device in a simulated database session in the offline mode between the client application and the local database via a simulation API.

Abstract: Systems and methods involving computer-based processing for proactively reducing false-positive fraud detection incidents are disclosed. In one embodiment, an exemplary computer-implemented method may comprise: detecting when a subject online transaction matches criteria indicating it is unusual; operating a browser extension application to obtain UI image data and purchase details of an item purchased by a user during the unusual online transaction; evaluating historical transactions of the user to identify a potentially fraudulent online transaction; and executing a false-positive detection routine to determine if the potentially fraudulent online transaction is valid.

Abstract: According to certain embodiments, a system comprises interface circuitry and processing circuitry. The processing circuitry receives an input via the interface circuitry. The input is based on an utterance of a user, and the processing circuitry uses a probabilistic engine to determine one or more candidate intents associated with the utterance. The processing circuitry determines a number of the one or more candidate intents that exceed a threshold. If the number of candidate intents that exceed the threshold does not equal one, the processing circuitry uses a deterministic engine to compare the input to a set of regular expression patterns. If the input matches one of the regular expression patterns, the processing circuitry uses the matching regular expression pattern to determine the intent of the utterance. The interface circuitry communicates the intent of the utterance as an output.

Based on a tip of a stylus being brought proximate to a display of a computing device configured to communicate in accordance with a wireless protocol, the computing device is configured to receive a stylus wireless protocol identifier and transmit a wireless protocol identifier of the computing device and one or more security keys to the stylus via a communication channel in response, whereby the stylus and computing device are coupled. Based on receiving a signal associated with user input from the coupled stylus using the wireless protocol, the computing device performs an operation based on the signal. The described “loose coupling” enables streamlined use of styluses with compatible computing devices without requiring full pairing.

Abstract: The disclosed systems and methods relate to allowing trading of over the counter (“OTC”) foreign exchange (“FX”) contracts on a centralized matching and clearing mechanism, such as that of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange's (“CME”'s) futures exchange system (the “Exchange”). The disclosed systems and methods allow for anonymous transactions, centralized clearing, efficient settlement and the provision of risk management/credit screening mechanisms to lower risk, reduce transaction costs and improve the liquidity in the FX market place. In particular, the disclosed embodiments increase speed of execution facilitating growing demand for algorithmic trading, increased price transparency, lower cost of trading, customer to customer trading, and automated asset allocations, recurring trades as well as clearing and settlement efficiencies.

Abstract: Disclosed are exemplary embodiments of systems and methods for use in extending credit services to prepaid payment accounts, based on anticipated load transaction thereto. In an exemplary embodiment, a method generally includes receiving an advance request, from a user, for a prepaid account. The prepaid account is associated with anticipated load transactions associated with the user to which the prepaid account is associated. The advance request also includes an advance amount. The exemplary method also includes determining whether to approve the advance request based on the anticipated load transaction and at least one metric associated with user, and causing the prepaid account to reflect the advance amount when the advance request is approved.

The systems and methods further extract data from internet search results from the internet search using the search query, generate internet search income records from the extracted data, generate income records from one or more databases comprising income records, and combine the internet search income records and the generated income records from the one or more databases to form combined income record results. The systems and methods further identify candidate income records from the combined income record results, extract features from each candidate income record for generating an income prediction, and generate the income prediction using a machine learning model to predict an income, based on the extracted features from the candidate income records.

In a resource provider environment, access to various resources and services may require users to have identities with specific resource accounts. Users can instead be associated with organization accounts, or virtual accounts that are not associated with specific resources or services. The organization accounts are attached at the appropriate location(s) in an organizational hierarchy. A user having an organization account can project the identity in any sub-account in the organization hierarchy. This can include any lower-level resource account, or can child accounts under a relevant branch of the hierarchy. A user can validate against the organization account, and receive access to the relevant service or resources using the identity projected in the corresponding resource account.

One embodiment provides a method that performs reading comprehension comprising encoding individual constituents from a text passage using a chain of trees long short-term encoding, encodes question related to the text passage using a tree long short-term memory encoding, generates a question-aware representation for each constituent in the passage using a tree-guided attention mechanism, generates a plurality of candidate answers from the question-aware representation using hierarchical relations among constituents, and predicts an answer to the question in relation to the text passage using a feed-forward network. The operations include communicating with a listing system to create a listing for a vehicle and receiving, from an identification application executing on a mobile device distinct from the listing system, an identifier for the vehicle and an image of the vehicle. Abstract: Techniques for detecting fraudulent account usage without accessing user content associated with user accounts are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a method includes receiving a report indicating fraudulent account usage related to an account of the computing service and in response to the received report, disallowing access to any content items associated with the account without disabling access to the account. While access to the content items is disallowed, collecting usage data related to the account or the content items and developing a model representing an activity profile of accessing the account or the content items. The method further includes detecting additional fraudulent account usage based on the developed model without scanning content items in the additional accounts.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for facilitating payments between users of the system such as person-to-person payments using a payment hotspot. A payment hotspot or payspot may be generated by a first user device of a first user to facilitate a transfer of funds between the first user and the second user. The payspot may be a virtual payment portal that allows secure payment between the users without either of the users having to provide identifying information to the other user. The payspot may be accessed by the second user based on the proximity of a second user device of the second user to the first user device or the first user may provide an identification code of the payspot to the second user. The second user may access the payspot by communicating with a payment server with the second user device, through the first user device.

Abstract: An improved computing architecture for managed-account transactions is presented. In accordance with embodiments, responsive to receiving a request to purchase one or more units of an asset for an account of a client, a computing system may identify a customized rule for the account, the client, and/or the asset. Responsive to determining that the request meets each of one or more criteria specified by the customized rule, the computing system may, for each of the unit(s), instantiate, in an account object associated with the account and stored within a client object associated with the client and stored in a memory of the computing system, an object representing the unit and may store, in the memory, an indication of a price and time at which the unit was purchased and data associating the indication with the object representing the unit.

The service provider may further determine whether the entity requires authentication of the user for use of an account with the service provider. The service provider may communicate information used to authenticate the user to the entity during the voice call. Additionally, the service provider may generate an authentication mechanism for the payment account, which may be used to authenticate use of the payment account by the user during the voice call.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to a multi-layer fraud identification and risk analysis system. For example, the system may receive a plurality of first scores associated with borrower users and a dealer user based at least in part upon output of the first ML model. The system may receive a request from a lender user device for a second score, where the dealer user and the lender user device are associated according to a correlative score. The plurality of applications and the correlative score may be used as input to the second ML model that quantifies the risk of the dealer user specifically to the lender user, based on attributes associated with the application data, dealer user, and/or lender user. Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for rerouting funds, associated with transactions between consumers and merchants, to direct-pay accounts associated with creditors that provide loan and/or credit arrangements to the merchants. One exemplary method generally includes identifying, by a computing device, funds directed to a primary payment account associated with a merchant during settlement of at least one transaction for which funds are directed to the merchant. The computing device then routes a first portion of the funds to a direct-pay account associated with a creditor of the merchant, whereby the first portion of the funds is delivered to the direct-pay account in service of a debt between the creditor and the merchant, without the first portion of the funds being appended to the primary account associated with the merchant. The computing device then also routes a second portion of the funds to the primary account associated with the merchant.
