An example method may include receiving consumer search data, the consumer search data indicative of search performed by a consumer, the consumer search data comprising one or more search terms and at least one of a consumer location or consumer identification information, storing the consumer search data for a predetermined time interval, and providing at least one of consumer aggregated search data to a relevance module for determining which of a plurality of promotions to present to a consumer at a second time or providing location aggregated search data to a demand forecasting module for utilization in forecasting promotion demand in a particular location.

The service provider computer system is communicatively coupled to a computing device of a user and a merchant point-of-sale computer by one or more data networks. Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to systems and methods that intelligently generate reassignment value conditions for reassigning access rights. The systems and methods include executing a trained contextual machine-learning model to generate predictions of value components of the reassignment value condition, which once satisfied, enables an access-right requestor to have an assigned access right reassigned to the access-right requestor.

In one embodiment and by way of example, a method includes allocating resources to a plurality of tenants, identifying, in runtime, one or more offending tenants of the plurality of tenants and one or more victim tenants of the plurality of tenants. The one or more offending tenants consume above their allocated share of the resources within a message type, and the one or more victim tenants consume below their allocated share of the resources or none of the resources within the message type. The method may further include isolating, in runtime, the offending tenants and the victim tenants, and routing, in runtime, each tenant of the offending tenants and the victim tenants to a queue dedicated to the tenant and the message type.

Abstract: A method for finding a parked vehicle is disclosed. A moving vehicle executing the method broadcasts packets with an identifier of the vehicle and a time stamp. Other neighboring vehicles surrounding the moving vehicle records content of the packets. The moving vehicle is then parked. A key of the parked vehicle is operable to issue a search request with the identifier to the neighboring vehicles. The neighboring vehicles allocate time frames for relaying the search request with respect to the time stamp. Upon receiving the search request, the parked vehicle replies with a search response along the neighboring vehicles to the key set.

Abstract: A target-following carrier is disclosed. The target-following carrier includes a target-end device, a moving carrier and a target following assembly. The target-following carrier provided by the present invention utilizes two techniques to detect the distance between a target and the moving carrier. When said detected distance is shorter than a control exchange distance, distance data from laser rangefinders replace that from two RF modules. Therefore, a relative-distanced following can be applied to the target. Meanwhile, the target following assembly can be made compact to mount on any moving carriers, such as a smart luggage or a golf cart, fulfilling the requirements from the market.
