For example, an embodiment may detect, by an enterprise computer system, an activity notification from a cloud service that stores data on behalf of an enterprise. The activity notification may specify a file name involved in an activity performed by the cloud service (e.g., creating or modifying a file). The enterprise computer system may then download a file (or contents thereof) from the cloud service using the file name specified by the activity notification. After downloading the file, the enterprise computer system may analyze the file against a data loss prevention rule. Based on an outcome from the data loss prevention rule, the enterprise computer system may communicate an action response to the cloud service. The action response may direct the cloud service to perform an action on the file stored by the cloud service.

Upon receiving a decision of the user, the process instance can follow the selected transition to a different activity. An enterprise resource planning (ERP) system may facilitate data collection of user requested data for a dimension, such as a time interval, and presentation of the data in a data report. The data report may initially display an initial granularity of the data displaying the requested dimension. During data collection for the requested data, multiple dimensions of data related to the requested data may also be collected, and the data for the additional dimensions may be rendered in the background to enable the data to be dynamically presented in the report upon request by a user without having to retrieve new data. The user may select to view one or more additional intervals of data on the initial data report, and the data report may automatically refresh to display the selected data intervals.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method and tool for collaborating in a video conference using a non-electronically enhance whiteboard and without the use of electronically enhanced writing and/or pointing tools. An embodiment may set up a front camera to capture an overall video stream that is split into at least two video feeds, a whiteboard feed and presenter feeds. The front camera may be set up to have a depth of field and focus to capture the whiteboard and presenter as well as specific video capture settings for each feed to optimize the whiteboard or the presenter. An embodiment may capture the two feeds according to the appropriate settings and deliver the two feeds to other video conference member devices. Embodiments may add additional cameras to permit additional optimization such as eliminating whiteboard occluded areas and/or automatically selecting a presenter from a plurality of people who are in the video capture frame.

Abstract: A system and method for automatically controlling working edges on a heavy equipment vehicle is provided. A GNSS/INS system determines a location of the vehicle. A vision system calculates a location of the working edge in a vision system coordinate system by obtaining images of a target connected to the working edge using a camera with a fixed field view that incorporates the relative movement of the target and determining the relative position of the target in the images. The location is then transformed to the navigation system coordinate system. The transformed location information is used by a working edge control system to control the placement of the working edge.

Values for attributes of the resources are collected. The collected attribute values for the resources are utilized to compute minhash values for the resources that describe the similarity between the resources. The computed minhash values are then utilized to generate a resource similarity visualization that provides a visual indication of the similarity between the resources.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses enable generation of an executed workload electronic record. The executed workload record indicates data related to one or more performance metrics by which performance of a work task is evaluated. One such performance metric is an expected time for completion of the task. Performance of the task can be monitored to determine an actual completion time for the task to compare against an expected completion time. The executed workload record can be used for evaluation of workers. Executed workload records provide centralized, aggregatable information for evaluation purposes.

This portion of the staffing requirements includes one or more staff member positions required to be performed for the business activity. Eligible staff members that may fulfill the staff member positions are identified and a first member of the eligible staff members is contacted. Upon contacting the first member, the member is requested to fulfill a staff member position by the IVR and if the member accepts fulfilling the staff member position, an acceptance is sent from the IVR and the first member is scheduled based on his acceptance to fulfill the staff member position.

The system includes an instruction set with markings to be applied to pieces of labware and the order in which the markings are to be applied to the labware. The system also includes a marking device that receives the instruction set and then places the non-toxic marks on the pieces of labware. The invention also includes methods tracking chain of custody of biological material in a facility. The methods include assigning a unique marking for biological materials, storing that marking in a database, applying a non-toxic marking to a piece(s) of labware and then scanning the marking.

The system is powered by an internet based mobile application that is designed to match individual drivers to auto dealers, auction houses, driving transport companies and other businesses and individuals (“requestors”) seeking to move automobiles, goods, services, tasks, etc. from one location to another. In one aspect, a method for sharing road condition information is provided. The method includes the following steps. Data is collected from vehicles related to road conditions at various locations. The data is stored in an off-vehicle system. The data is processed to determine what type of maintenance activity is needed based on the road conditions. The maintenance activity and the locations are provided to dispatchers to enable routing of municipal vehicles to the locations to address the road conditions. A system for sharing road conditions is also provided.

Abstract: A method for computer-assisted determination of usage of electrical energy produced by a power generation plant such as a renewable power generation plant is provided. The method uses a plurality of neural networks having a different structure or being learned differently for calculating future energy amounts produced by a power generation plant. To do so, the energy outputs of the power generation plant forecasted by the plurality of the neural networks are used to build histograms. Based on the histograms, energy amounts for different confidence levels describing the likelihood of the availability of the energy amount are determined, and different uses are assigned to different energy amounts. Energy amounts having a higher likelihood of availability in the future are sold at higher prices than other energy amounts.

Abstract: A system that fulfills a requirement for optimizing and automating a process of demand response (DR) resource selection for DR events by utilizing a scoring function that can be easily applied against each individual resource to create a ranking of each resource. The scoring function may take into account both the capabilities and the costs associated with using the resource. In other words, the DR resource may have a set of attributes that are used as factors in the scoring function. Furthermore, the scoring function may have a form that supports operations by the utility operator. The selection process may then be easily automated by simply selecting enough of the highest ranked resources that satisfy the load objectives of the DR events.
