Once the coated silicone liner passes the rollers, air knives are used to speed up the drying of the adhesive on the silicone liner before the coated liner is laminated to a face stock.

Abstract: This invention is a manufacturing device for a permanent magnet disposed in a rotating electrical machine, in which a plurality of magnet pieces, each formed by being fractured and split along a notch groove, are aligned and joined to each other with an adhesive interposed between fractured surfaces. First pressing means for aligning the plurality of fractured and split magnet pieces with the fractured surfaces opposed to each other in a thickness direction by pressing from the thickness direction of the permanent magnet, second pressing means for aligning the plurality of magnet pieces in a width direction by pressing from a width direction of the permanent magnet are provided. Moreover, third pressing means for joining the opposing fractured surfaces of the magnet piece with the interposed adhesive by pressing the plurality of magnet pieces from a longitudinal direction of the permanent magnet.

Abstract: A system, apparatus, and method for removing pressure adhesive indicia, such as labels or stamps, from their backing and affixing the same to a target substrate is provided. The automated process affixes stamps, for example, to the target substrate with both speed and precision of placement. Desired stamps can be selectively removed from a backing, for example, can be placed on variable locations upon the target substrate, and can be affixed in the desired orientation with precise spacing between stamps. The precision of affixation afforded by this system is commensurate with philatelic standards and is suitable for all pressure adhesive indicia where rapid and precise placement is desired for aesthetic or other reasons.

Abstract: A method for permanently repairing a fluid delivery system which may be above ground, subterranean, in and under concrete, or within a wall structure. The method comprises disconnecting the source and the discharge portions of the fluid delivery system. A resilient moldable tubing is threaded through the fluid delivery system. The first end of the tube is secured to the first end of the portion of the fluid delivery system. The second end of the tube is next secured to the second end of the portion of the fluid delivery system. The resilient tubing is then filled with heated fluid and pressurized to mold the tubing to the inside diameter of the fluid delivery system. The fluid is cooled to set the tube to the inside diameter of the fluid delivery system, and then drained before reconnecting the the source and discharge portions of the fluid delivery system.
