  • Patent number: 7204448
Abstract: A device for producing film rolls, which is in particular suitable for producing coreless film rolls, comprises a roll holder for receiving a film roll comprising a film sheet to be wound off. The film sheet is wound up to a winding mandrel for producing the preferably coreless film roll. For producing in particular a coreless film roll the winding mandrel comprises a plurality of radially displaceable holding segments extending in longitudinal direction of the winding mandrel. After transfer of the winding mandrel, together with the wound-up film roll, to a transport means, the winding mandrel is transported to a delivery station. The delivery station serving for automatically delivering the wound-up film roll from the winding mandrel comprises a displacement means with the aid of which the holding elements of the winding mandrel are displaced into a delivery position.

  • Patent number: 7204778
Abstract: A differential gear arbitrarily produces difference in speed of rotation between output side rotary members. When a difference in speed of rotation occurs between drive shafts 3 and 4, if clutches 12 and 17 are disconnected, the drive shaft 3 rotates independently of the first output side gear 9, and the drive shaft 4 rotates independently of the second output side gear 14. When the rotation of the drive shaft 3 with respect to the first output side gear 9 is controlled by the first clutch 12, by setting appropriately the gear ratios between (1) the first input side gear 8, (2) the first output side gear 9 and (3) the first intermediate gears 10, the drive shaft 3 rotates faster than the drive shaft 4.

  • Patent number: 7206184
Abstract: A vacuum plasma processor includes an electrode array with plural mutually-insulated electrodes forming a bottom or top electrode of the plasma processor. When the electrode array is part of the bottom electrode, the electrodes of the array are parts of a thermoelectric, Peltier effect arrangement responsive to localized temperature sensors and are parts of an electrostatic chuck. The thermoelectric arrangement controls localized temperature of workpieces and the chucking voltages indicate workpiece position relative to a workpiece holder including the electrodes. The electrodes of the arrays are coupled to circuitry for determining and/or controlling at least one localized plasma electric parameter at different locations of a workpiece and/or the plasma. The circuitry simultaneously supplies RF power having differing frequencies and/or power levels to different electrodes of the arrays and includes separate matching networks connected to the different electrodes of the array.

  • Patent number: 7203055
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method of manufacturing a multilayered ceramic capacitor by a spin coating process, and a multilayered ceramic capacitor obtained by the above method. The method of the current invention provides a plurality of dielectric layers formed by spin coating, in which the process of coating the dielectric layer and the process of printing the inner electrode can be provided as a single process. Therefore, the thickness of the dielectric layer is easily controlled while the dielectric layer is formed to be thin. Further, since the dielectric layers and the inner electrodes are formed successively, the processes of separating and layering the dielectric layers, and the process of compressing the ceramic multilayered body can be omitted. Thereby, the ceramic multilayered body need not be compressed, and thus, a pillowing phenomenon does not occur in the multilayered ceramic capacitor.

  • Patent number: 7201608
Abstract: A co-axial plug has a cylindrical outer-conductor part having mating co-axial cable ends. A latching sleeve fits around and is axially displaceable relative to the shell outer-conductor. Opposite ends of a spring are supported against the shell outer-conductor part and the latching sleeve to pre-load the latching sleeve toward the co-axial cable end of the shell outer-conductor part. Axial slots at the latching sleeve mating end form elastically resilient latching tongues having, at their ends, a latching edge extending in a radially outward direction. An unlocking sleeve surrounding the latching sleeve is displaceable axially relative to the latching sleeve having a ramp extending outwardly and sloping toward the cable end. The ramp co-operates with a correspondingly bevelled groove on the unlocking sleeve inside face so displacement of the unlocking sleeve relative to the latching sleeve toward the co-axial cable end bends the latching tongues inwardly.

  • Patent number: 7198386
Abstract: The present invention is designed to overcome the problems with MCPCB technology, which includes conductive solid body, typically copper or aluminum, typically having rods extending therefrom. This conductive solid body is fastened in place by a body constructed of typically plastic/Delrin® that the copper rods may be pressed or installed into. This body may be conductive or non-conductive. Each LED is mounted to a standard printed circuit board (PCB) or flexible circuit board that contains through holes large enough to fit the metal bottom of the LED through the hole far enough for the LED to make contact with the face of the solid body. Typically, board thickness of 0.032? or less is required for this to work effectively. The LED is glued to the face solid body via a thermally conductive, electrically neutral adhesive. The LED may also be adhered via thermal tape, thermal pad, or held against the solid body via its solder joints where no bonding of the LED is required.
