  • Patent number: 7219027
Abstract: An operation monitor device for a hardware component detects a load current that is changed due to the operation of the hardware component through a pulse width modulation (PWM) module; thereby generating a voltage variation. A monitoring unit outputs a detecting result to a system by detecting the voltage variation and generates a modulating signal in response to a monitor signal fed back by the system according to the detecting result, such that a controller generates a reference voltage variation according to the modulating signal. In this way, the load current changes as the load of the hardware component increases, such that the controller changes the generated reference voltage and further modulates the output voltage supplied to the hardware component by the PWM module, thus meeting the execution state of the hardware component and improving performance.

Abstract: A bicycle assistive handlebar structure installed at the anterior extent of a front fork stem, stem clamp mount that serves as a means of conjoinment. The stem clamp mount consists of a concave section and a threaded hole that provides for the fastening of bolts inserted via four through-holes. Furthermore, a vertical coupling passage is disposed through the installation crown, thereby providing for the horizontal arrangement of a handlebar in a connective mounting shank. The two sides of a transverse rod provides for the fitting into position of insertion sleeves, and an elongated hole provides for the stationary seating into the connective mounting shank elongated hole. Radial splines are respectively fabricated along the outer sides of the joint mount and the inner sides of an assistive handlebar. As such, the present invention provides the rider variable adjustment operation over upper and lower height, forward and backward distance, and rotative direction.

  • Patent number: 7214564
Abstract: A film bulk acoustic wave filter assembly includes a film bulk acoustic filter and an RF circuit. The film bulk acoustic filter unit cell includes a plurality of film bulk acoustic wave resonators. The number, area and arrangement of the resonators depend on the characteristics of the filter. In the film bulk acoustic wave filter, a metal layer made by CMOS processes is used as a lower electrode area of the film bulk acoustic wave filter or a suspended chamber. The film bulk acoustic filter can be integrated with the RF circuit using processes such as the CMOS process. It facilitates the integration of active devices, streamlining of system design and simplification of test processes, and has a great influence on the application of RF communication devices and integration of system-system-chip (SOC).

  • Patent number: 7215325
Abstract: Where an arbitrary point on an image is designated in the field of a medical image, it is generally designated on a sectional image, and an arbitrary point on a three-dimensional image cannot be designated. According to the invention the orientation of the three-dimensional image is controlled in a first direction corresponding to the operation of the user. When an arbitrary point of the three-dimensional image is designated by the user, a plane passing through that point and normal to a display screen is created and stored. Next, the three-dimensional image is oriented in a second direction, and an arbitrary point is designated in the second direction by the user. Then, there is created a straight line which passes through that point and which is normal to the display screen. Then, the coordinates of the intersection the stored screen and the straight line are determined, and the point having the coordinates of the intersection point is displayed on the three-dimensional image.

  • Patent number: 7208798
Abstract: An enhancement mode field effect transistor whose operation threshold value varies greatly according to the substrate voltage. This field effect transistor is implemented by substituting the gate electrode of a depression mode field effect transistor for a gate electrode of the conductivity type opposite to that of a channel formation region, or a midgap gate electrode. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, this field effect transistor is provided between a CMOS structure logic gate and a ground line. As a result, the leak current when the field effect transistor is not operating can be diminished without reducing the operational speed of the logic gate.
