Abstract: This specification discloses a method that uses three-dimensional image interpolation algorithm implemented in an image player to solve the problem of frame rate conversions between output contents and the image player. It aims to achieve high resolutions and high frame rates. The disclosed method adjusts the frame resolution and frame rate of the received image data according to the playing format of the image player. That is, the pixel values contained in a frame are interpolated to generate several interpolated pixel values in order to fit with the frame resolution. The interpolated frame is then stored. The next two consecutive frames are further extracted. The central position is determined according to the frame playing frequency. The corresponding pixel values of the two consecutive frames are used to produce several interpolated pixel values. The interpolated pixel values form an interpolated frame, which is then saved.
Abstract: An isolated dual-channel transformer is provided, which comprises: a bobbin with a primary coil-winding portion and two secondary coil-winding portions, for coiling a winding; an insulating cover with a plurality of small slots disposed at the two side edges and a large slot disposed at the central part, for covering the bobbin; and a set of cores integrated with the bobbin via the insulating cover; wherein the insulating cover is used to isolate the set of cores from the winding.

Abstract: A test system for testing a portable electronic apparatus is described. The test system has at least a display, a platform, and a controller. The controller controls the display to display test images in sequence. The controller commands the portable electronic apparatus, via a test interface, to capture the test images on the display to generate image data. The controller determines whether the image data meet a predetermined test requirement. The test system can further include at least a light source and a reflector. The reflector reflects the light on the display, so that the display reaches a predetermined uniformity of light.
Abstract: An ejector with multi-ejection pins is used in the post-processes of the semiconductor industry and is used by a selection device to choose a predetermined quantity of ejection pins. When a propelling device lifts the selection device, a pin-base vertical driver controls the vertical motion of a pin base, and a pin-base motion device controls the planar motion of the pin base; the chosen ejection pins can be lifted to elevate the respective dies for separation from adhesive film.

Abstract: A document management system can access a necessary document fast when necessary and accurately limit access in accordance with various security levels. An access control list shown in FIG. 2 mainly functions when access to a document is limited. One row in the access control list includes a plurality of fields which are described at the head row of each column. Information in each field included in one row (record) indicates the overall information necessary for setting predefined access control to the document including one character string. A “character string” field means that the document including the character string described in the field, of many documents stored in a database, is a document to which the access is limited.

Abstract: A Partial-Powered Series Hybrid Driving System enables an engine to run with high power and high speed for normal or high load driving. If the load is driven under low-power, low-speed light loading conditions, the present system operates in a series hybrid driving configuration to improve efficiency and reduce pollution by the engine.
Abstract: An image display system which improves the ease of use provided to an operator when an alteration is detected in image data that is to be displayed. An electronic watermark detecting section and forwarding request section are appended to a personal computer connected to a disk cache storing image data. The electronic watermark detecting section has a function of checking for alterations in the image data in the disk cache, and an interface to the forwarding request section is also appended thereto. A transmission section is appended to a personal computer connected to an optical disk device storing original image data. The forwarding request section has the function of sending a request from the electronic watermark detecting section to the transmission section, and the function of transferring the image data transmitted form the transmission section, to the electronic watermark detecting section.
Abstract: A buffer bar fastening structure for fastening a buffer bar to a hinge of a cabinet door includes a barrel which has flanges on two ends to couple with arched portions at two ends of a latch member to couple the buffer bar on the barrel in a turnable manner. The latch member has one side connecting to a fastening member, which may be coupled with an adjusting slot of the hinge and a fastening section on another side to fasten the buffer bar to the hinge. The structure is simple and easy to install.
Abstract: A high density multi-layer microcoil includes a substrate, a multi-layer coil winding, a magnetic core and a dry film photoresist structure. The multi-layer coil winding and the magnetic core are supported by the dry film photoresist structure. The fabrication process is using photolithography process to form a dry film photoresist structure with a coil tunnel having coil elements perpendicular to the substrate and two outlets at ends of the tunnel; and injecting a conductive material with a low melting point into the tunnel and forming the coil winding.

The difference between the maximum value and the minimum value is such that 10 ?m<??<300 ?m, where ?? is a difference between the maximum value and the minimum value.

Abstract: In an ESD protection structure and method utilizing substrate triggering for a high-voltage tolerant pad on a substrate, an ESD protection device has a source connected to the pad and a gate and a drain both connected to a ground, and a substrate-triggering control circuit is used to keep the substrate at a low voltage during a normal operation, and pumping the substrate to a high voltage during an ESD event for the ESD protection device to be triggered much easier. The substrate-triggering control circuit is implemented with an active device, thereby reducing the chip size for the circuit and the loading effect on the pad.

Abstract: A one way conductor includes a MOSFET and a driving device. The MOSFET has a source and a drain respectively serving a positive end P and a negative end N of the one way conductor. The driving device including a BJT differential amplifier detects a voltage difference between the source and the drain of the MOSFET. When the voltage of the positive end P is higher than the voltage of the negative end N, the driving device outputs a driving voltage to a gate of the MOSFET to turn on the MOSFET. If the voltage of the positive end P is lower than the voltage of the negative end N, the driving device cannot output the driving voltage for turning on the MOSFET, and the one way conductor is turned off at this time. Consequently, the one way conductor of the invention has the one way conductive property.
