Abstract: A cable tie includes a strap having first and second ends. A head is disposed on the first end. The head has a slot for receiving the second end so as to form the strap into a loop. The head further has an device for engaging the second end of the strap so as to retain the strap in the form of the loop. A hooking arrangement is connected to the head for engaging with a holding member when the hooking arrangement is pushed in a first direction. The hooking arrangement freely releases the holding member when the hooking arrangement is pulled in a second direction opposite to the first direction. The hooking arrangement allows the cable tie to be repeatedly attached to, and removed from, the holding member while the strap is retained in the form of the loop.

Abstract: A film-tape eraser with retractable dispensing head mainly includes a case, a dispensing mechanism, and a movable strip. The dispensing mechanism is forward and backward movably fitted in the case and includes a dispensing head normally projected from a dispensing opening at a lower front of the case for dispensing an erasing film-tape. The movable strip is set in a guide way provided below a curved top of the case with a rear end of the movable strip engaged with a rear end of the dispensing mechanism. When the movable strip is moved forward, it pulls the dispensing mechanism backward to retract the dispensing head into the case and closes the dispensing opening with a front section thereof; and when the movable strip is moved backward, the dispensing opening is opened and the dispensing mechanism is pushed forward to project the dispensing head from the dispensing opening.
Abstract: This invention involves a new kind of compound—the chromate L-threonate which molecular formula is Crn(C4H8-nO5)3 (n=1, 2 or 3). The chromate L-thronate can be applied to a high performance supplement of chromium(III) as well as effective hypoglycemic treatment for those diabetes patients and health care.
Abstract: A power source connector holder for an extractable hard drive box includes a plastic block and sliding slots. A groove is formed on the top surface of the plastic block, and an elastic leaf is disposed in the groove. The elastic leaf has one end fixed to an inner wall of the groove, and has a bump at the other end. The power source connector holder is combined to a connector supporting element with a sliding track and two positioning recesses. The power source connector holder is slidable along the sliding track from a first position of the bump engaged with one positioning recess to a second position engaged with the other positioning recess so as to be adjustable with respect to a position of the power source connector of different hard drives.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a storage case having a central retaining element which comprises a push-button, at least two spring-catches forming a locking element, and at least two supporting clips forming a supporting element. Each spring-catch has a first projecting portion with a projection and a spring-arm and each supporting clip has a second projecting portion and a supporting plate. The spring-arms and the supporting plates are tilted down to form a conical seat. The spring-catches and the supporting clips are spaced by means of the spacing slits. The push-button is placed in the central hole defined by spring-catches and integrated with the underside of spring-catches. When a pressure applied on the push-button is released, the projection will make its outside tilted surfaces to lift the disc from the supporting surface. As such, the user can readily remove the CD.
Abstract: A knapsack-type sleeping bag includes a knapsack portion and a sleeping-bag portion having an edge integrally connected to a lining of the knapsack portion. The knapsack portion is provided with an opening openably closed with a zipper. The sleeping-bag portion, when it is not in use, is compressible and foldable into a compact body for receiving in the knapsack portion via the opening. To use the sleeping-bag portion, simply unzip the opening and pull the sleeping-bag portion out of the knapsack portion via the opening. The sleeping-bag portion pulled out of the knapsack portion can be unzipped and turned open to provide an expanded pad. A waterproof and/or insulating fabric can be detachably attached to a top of the turned open sleeping bag to protect the latter from getting dirt.
Abstract: A four-direction adjustable optical module including a carriage and a CCD module is disclosed. The carriage includes a coupling window for coupling with the CCD module. Each of the two sides of the CCD module includes a screw hole and an elastic device. The elastic device slightly protrudes from the surface of the coupling window. While the CCD module and the coupling window are coupled, screws are employed to screw through the CCD module and into the screw holes of the coupling windows. Therefore, the elastic devices deform by the stress from the CCD module. By adjusting the tightness of the screws, the orientation of the CCD module rotating on the Z axis can be calibrated. Thus, the adjustable optical module of the invention can be calibrated at least in four directions.
Abstract: This invention provides a heat treatment equipment for an object to be treated capable of removing the desorption gas effectively, and of ensuring the equality of the temperature in the plane of the object to be treated by controlling preferably the turbulent airflow inside the heat treatment chamber. More specifically, this invention provides a heat treatment equipment for an object to be treated comprising a heat treatment chamber 104 having an opening and closing shutter 110 for carrying the object to be treated on the side thereof, an exhaust air way 113 formed along the periphery of the heat treatment chamber 104 including the opening and closing shutter 110 and an exhaust hole 101 for exhausting in the heat treatment chamber 104 from the exhaust air way 113 through the opening and closing shutter 110.
Abstract: There are provided a cosmetic container for housing a stick type cosmetic material in such a manner that the cosmetic material can be fed and a cartridge for the cosmetic container which can easily be manufactured or assembled at a low cost, have considerable flexibility in design and are applicable to stick type cosmetic materials having various diameters and hardness. A cylindrical body 20 is housed in a lower part 13 of a front cylinder 10 which is rotatably housed in a container body 2 and a rod 30 is incorporated extending over an inside of the cylindrical body 20 and a cosmetic material housing section 11A of an upper part 11 of the front cylinder 10, whereby a cartridge 1 is constituted.
Abstract: A super low profile package with high efficiency of heat dissipation comprises the substrate, the heat sink, the die, the wires and the plastic mold. The heat sink adheres to the ground ring by the extending part of the heat sink, and the first surface of the die adheres to the heat sink. In addition, the die is connected to the substrate by the wires, and the plastic mold encapsulates the die, the heat sink and the wires. The chip package according to the invention possesses the small size and high efficiency of heat dissipation; besides, it also decreases the production cost for eliminating the conventional procedures of taping and de-taping.
Abstract: An electric connector having an electrically insulative housing, terminals respectively mounted in respective terminal chambers of the housing, and a metal shielding shell covering the housing. The housing has locating notches. The terminals include signal transmission terminals and grounding terminals, each having a protruded positioning portion. The grounding terminals have the respective protruded positioning portions respectively engaged into the locating notches of the housing and maintained in contact with the metal shielding shell positively, forming with the metal shielding shell a grounding loop.
Abstract: A matrix type display apparatus such as a liquid crystal display is provided which has a simple circuit structure and is capable of enlarging the display of a screen. A shift section is provided with 1024 FF (flip-flop) circuits. When enlarged display mode is designated by a mode signal MOD, one FF circuit is connected in parallel to two FF circuits via a switch SW (an analog switch). Accordingly, R, G, B data for 640 pixels is increased to 960 display voltages and fed to the Y electrodes of a liquid crystal panel. A shift section is provided with 768 FF (flip-flop) circuits. When enlarged display mode is designated, one FF circuit is connected in parallel to two FF circuits via a switch SW. Accordingly, scan voltages for 720 lines are generated from the scan signals of 480 lines and fed to the X electrodes of a liquid crystal panel. Accordingly, a screen display is enlarged vertically and horizontally by a factor of 1.5.
Abstract: A semiconductor device and a method of manufacturing the same are provided which are novel and fully improved and are capable of lowering satisfactorily a high-frequency resistance or direct current resistance in a signal line. The semiconductor device is composed of a semiconductor substrate on which predetermined circuit devices are mounted, an insulating film formed on the substrate in a manner that it covers the circuit devices and a conductive path formed on the insulating film to electrically connect the circuit devices. A concave trench is formed in a predetermined position on the semiconductor substrate and the conductive path is formed at a bottom of the concave trench in a manner that it extends along the concave trench, with interlayer dielectrics interposed between conductive layers constituting the conductive path.
Abstract: An electromagnetic driving device for a mold clamping system is disclosed, which has a stationary plate fixedly mounted on a lathe bed; a mold guiding mechanism mounted parallel on the lathe bed; a movable plate slidably arranged on the mold guiding mechanism, facing the stationary plate, for generating a relative slide to the stationary plate; and a movable plate driving mechanism for driving the movable plate on the mold guiding mechanism. The electromagnetic driving device utilizes magnetic force to drive the linkage, movable plate etc. to perform open-mold movement, close-mold movement, and mold-locking movement.
