A plurality of bulbs is assembled on the base, the first arcuate rod and the second arcuate.
Abstract: A CPU adapter is installed in a test machine for testing motherboards. The CPU adapter is capable of couping a CPU and a motherboard while testing. The circuit design of the CPU adapter can enhance the signals of the CPU and widen the clock signal thereof. The signals of the CPU can be transmitted to the motherboard to be tested correctly. Instead of insertion and removal of the CPU manually, it can thus accelerate the testing speed, lower the hazard of damaging the computer component, and decrease the demand for test tools.
Abstract: An IC (Integrated Circuit) package includes a package body having a cavity formed for receiving an IC chip therein. A terrace protrudes from at least part of the edges defining the cavity into the cavity. Discrete devices can be mounted on the terrace, i.e., inside the IC package. With this configuration, the IC package insures the stable operation of a high-frequency IC circuit.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a game machine in which mini games of different contents can be sequentially played in a slave machine, and one mini game can be selected out of the plurality of mini games on the side of the slave machine, and then, can be played. In the game machine comprising a main unit for reading a program stored in an external stprage so as to allow a game to be played therein and a slave machine being configured in a portable manner independently of the main unit and having a function of transferring data to or from the main unit, the slave machine enabling mini games as games for the slave machine to be individually played by using programs for the mini games transferred from the main unit and needed for playing the mini games, the plurality of programs for the mini games are transferred as a unit of data from the main unit to the slave machine.
Abstract: A luminescent external dialer for mobile phone primary includes a main unit and an external dialer. The main unit is connected to a mobile phone and having a voice-control circuit of hand-free set and a mobile phone charger circuit while the voice-control circuit of hand-free set is connected with a microphone as well as a speaker. The external dialer consists of a microprocessor, a liquid crystal display (LCD), a brightness controller, a keyboard, a luminescent panel circuit, a photosensitive circuit, and a memory. The external dialer is attached to the main unit and the main unit is connected with the mobile phone. The external dialer is installed at easy-to-reach location for the convenience of its users. Other features beneficial to users include the larger keyboard for a better command of the mobile phone and a luminescent panel circuit for increasing the brightness when the light in the environment is insufficient.
Abstract: A timer apparatus which can simultaneously control the operations of a plurality of timers without adjusting the operation of a counter of each timer in a software manner is provided. The same address information is added to an operation command to the counter of each timer (20, 30, 40, . . . , 90), so the operation commands to the counters are simultaneously written into registers synchronously with a clock. Thus, the timing to start or stop the operations of the counters of the timers (20, 30, 40, . . . , 90) can be made to coincide.
Abstract: A bus arbitration system uses different arbitration rules at different times, by periodically changing the priority order of the bus masters; by masking further bus requests from a particular bus master for a certain interval each time that bus master is granted the use of the bus; by masking requests from bus masters other than a central processing unit for certain intervals while the central processing unit is processing an interrupt; by raising the priority of a particular bus master if a bus request from that bus master remains unacknowledged for a certain interval; or by ignoring bus requests from the central processing unit while another bus master is performing a certain process.
Abstract: An ink-jet output control method used to control the printing quality of ink-jet output device achieving an even distribution of ink dots is provided, wherein the ink-jet output device, being driven by a step motor, is a printhead carriage on which a printhead is mounted. The ink-jet output control method includes: firstly, to set a number of time pulse values of every two adjacent ink dots in each step of the step motor under different velocity models; then, store these set values which are non-identical in a memory unit; next, the printhead determines the time interval of ink-jet signal sending according to these set time pulse values; lastly, the printhead spreads ink dots on a recording medium with unequal time interval interpolation on receiving ink-jet control signals, such that ink dots are well distributed, an even interpolation and better printing resolution can be achieved.
Abstract: A motor controller for an electric power steering system which performs a steering assist operation by applying a torque generated by an electric motor to a steering mechanism. The controller includes: a current command value setting circuit for setting a current command value indicative of an electric current to be applied to the electric motor; a d-q command value setting circuit for setting a d-axis current command value and a q-axis current command value in a d-q coordinate system on the basis of the current command value; and a voltage controlling circuit for controlling a voltage to be applied to the electric motor on the basis of the d-axis current command value and the q-axis current command value.

Each colorant region set includes a yellow region, a magenta region, a cyan region and a black mark arranged at the beginning of the cyan region. The black mark is infrared ray non-transmittable. The thermal printer further includes an infrared ray source/an infrared ray sensor for sensing the black mark, and a blue ray source/a blue ray sensor (or an amber ray source/an amber ray sensor) for sensing the colorant regions.
Abstract: A self-aligned fabrication method utilizes dielectric planarization process for fabricating ridge waveguide semiconductor lasers. The dielectric planarization process starts with depositing a thick dielectric film onto the ridge-structured semiconductor wafer surface, and then the resulting corrugated dielectric surface is polished into a flat surface in a self-terminated manner. This dielectric flat surface is able to uniformly expose its semiconductor ridge tops by an overall etch-back process.
