    Abstract: An electronics chassis has many removable boards on sleds that are interconnected by a honeycomb interconnect structure. Interconnect boards in Y-planes and Z-planes are orthogonal to each other and form cells. Cooling air flows through the cells in an X direction, parallel to surfaces of the interconnect boards. The removable boards have connectors that mate with an edge of Z-divider interconnect boards. Fans blow air through the cells in the honeycomb structure unimpeded since no boards are perpendicular to the airflow. Notches in the rear of the Z-divider boards provide airflow equalization allowing closer spacing of fans to the honeycomb structure. A sled carrier honeycomb structure is placed in front of the honeycomb interconnect structure to guide sleds into position. Sled carrier dividers are offset from the Z-divider boards to allow removable boards to align with Z-divider boards in the Z-planes, parallel to airflow.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an antimicrobial peptide polymer comprising at least one monomer which is digested by pepsin, a multimeric antimicrobial peptide complex comprising the polymer and a cell surface anchoring motif linked to the polymer, an antimicrobial microorganism displaying the multimeric antimicrobial peptide complex, an antimicrobial composition comprising the same, a method of treating an infectious disease caused by bacteria, yeast or fungi by administering the antimicrobial composition, and a method for producing the antimicrobial microorganism. According to the invention, living microorganisms displaying an antimicrobial peptide on the cell surface thereof may be administered in vivo without having to lyse the microbial cell and isolate and purify the antimicrobial peptide, so that the antimicrobial peptide exhibits antimicrobial activity. Thus, the antimicrobial peptide may be produced at significantly reduced costs so that it may have widespread use.

    Abstract: A pattern of conductive ink is disposed on the topside of the unsingulated integrated circuits of a wafer, and, typically after wafer probing, the pattern of conductive ink is removed. The conductive ink pattern provides an electrical pathway between bond pads on an integrated circuit and large contact pads disposed on the topside of the integrated circuit. Each of the large contact pads is much greater in area than the corresponding bond pads, and are spaced apart so that the pitch of the large contact pads is much greater than that of the bond pads. In one aspect of the present invention, the conductive ink includes a mixture of conductive particles and wafer bonding thermoset plastic. In another aspect of the present invention, the conductive ink is heated and disposed on a wafer by an ink jet printing system.
