Abstract: The instant disclosure is directed to a vaginal care composition that restores pH balance, and thereby reduces vaginal dryness, irritation, dyspareunia, post-coital bleeding, infections, vaginal and pelvic pain and increases vaginal lubrication. In some embodiments, the vaginal care composition comprises stem cell-derived exosomes (e.g., mesenchymal stem cell (MSC)-derived exosomes), an antioxidant and a pH buffer. Another aspect of the disclosure is directed to methods for improving vaginal health by administering the vaginal care composition of the instant disclosure.

Abstract: A method, system and computer program product for join graph generation based upon a log of previously executed database queries includes method for generating a join graph for relational database queries. The method includes loading into memory of a computer, a log of a set of database queries previously executed against data in a database and sequentially parsing each of the queries in the log to identify different semantically characterizable components of each of the queries. The method further includes generating a join graph for each of the queries from corresponding ones of the components. Finally, the method includes selectively adding each of the generated join graphs to a set of join graphs in a data model for the data in the database.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are neural networks for generating target classifications for an object from a set of input sequences. Each input sequence includes a respective input at each of multiple time steps, and each input sequence corresponds to a different sensing subsystem of multiple sensing subsystems. For each time step in the multiple time steps and for each input sequence in the set of input sequences, a respective feature representation is generated for the input sequence by processing the respective input from the input sequence at the time step using a respective encoder recurrent neural network (RNN) subsystem for the sensing subsystem that corresponds to the input sequence. For each time step in at least a subset of the multiple time steps, the respective feature representations are processed using a classification neural network subsystem to select a respective target classification for the object at the time step.

Abstract: A generation identifier is employed with various systems and methods in order to identify situations where a workload has been reassigned to a new node and where a workload is still being processed by an old node during a failure between nodes. A master node may assign a workload to a worker node. The worker node sends a request to access target data. The request may be associated with a generation identifier and workload identifier that identifies the node and workload. At some point, a failure occurs between the master node and worker node. The master node reassigns the workload to another worker node. The new worker node accesses the target data with a different generation identifier, indicating to the storage system that the workload has been reassigned. The old worker node receives an indication from the storage system that the workload has been reassigned and stops processing the workload.

Abstract: Systems and generating power in an organic Rankine cycle (ORC) operation to supply electrical power. In embodiments, an inlet temperature of a flow of gas from a source to an ORC unit may be determined. The source may connect to a main pipeline. The main pipeline may connect to a supply pipeline. The supply pipeline may connect to the ORC unit thereby to allow gas to flow from the source to the ORC unit. Heat from the flow of gas may cause the ORC unit to generate electrical power. The outlet temperature of the flow of the gas from the ORC unit to a return pipe may be determined. A bypass valve, positioned on a bypass pipeline connecting the supply pipeline to the return pipeline, may be adjusted to a position sufficient to maintain temperature of the flow of gas above a threshold based on the inlet and outlet temperature.
